I appreciated the prayers you all did for me after Roco passed away. He's just in my heart for now but I hope to see him soon after we meet Jesus in the air. I uploaded a new profile picture of just me in it. I've added a picture of Roco's K9 Cottage memorial. He was the last of 8 dogs my wife Susan and I cared for over the passed 31 years.
@rickjones427 No, thanks. We're in Illinois about an hour across the river from St. Louis. My friend who is going to fry chicken for all of us when the time comes is in Georgia. The governor there has already declared a state of emergency for when it arrives.
@terry I'm glad you're in a safe place. I hope people in Georgia will be okay. If Jesus takes us home during the Feast of Trumpets we are only about a week away. The feast starts in Israel on the evening of the second of October and ends at the end of day on the fourth. It's getting very exciting.
Would you say a prayer for me, please? They're harvesting corn around here and it's bothering my breathing. I don't know how long it will take them to finish. Thanks. (They could have waited till next week and give us a chance to get out of here!)
Please pray for all the communities in East TN, Western NC and all the others affected by this hurricane. We lost power a few days, no house damange but many just on the other side of my little town lost homes, infrastructure is largely damaged in the mountains where I have family and friends. It truly is much worse than the news portrays, and while Asheville did get hit very hard, they are not the only town that did. The churches and communities have really stepped up and are shining the light of Jesus. It is still really hard to see. I feel very hopeful about FOT, and after watching Israel.....we are really quickly running out of normal. Come Lord
@erby Thank you Kent. They have dispatched units of the national guard to do search and rescue. I think the suspicion is high that the number lost is very underestimated.
