I am sure there will be shofars and trumpets represented! As well as the truck horns!

Thank you for your prayers. Almighty God will fight our battles and the world will take notice. :yahoo:

All of my fears, like Jericho walls,

Gotta come down, come down

All of my fears, like Jericho walls,

Gotta come down, come down

Oh Lord, my prison turns to ruin

When Your love moves in

All of my fears, like Jericho walls,

Gotta come down, come down

Come down

Canada Police to Send Names of Trucker Protesters to Financial Institutions:

Canadian banks will receive the names of people involved in “Freedom Convoy” protests that have descended on the nation’s capital, a first step in a promised financial crackdown on demonstrators being instituted by the far-left government of Justin Trudeau.

Bloomberg reports the Canadian Bankers Association confirmed the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has alerted banks to a list of names and made it available.

Bloomberg outlined exactly how the banks will cooperate with the government:
The emergency orders require virtually every participant in the Canadian financial system — banks, investment firms, credit unions, loan companies, securities dealers, fundraising platforms, and payment and clearing services — to determine whether they possess or control property of a person who’s attending an illegal protest or providing supplies to demonstrators.

If they find such a person in their customer list, they must freeze their accounts and report it to the RCMP or Canada’s intelligence service, the regulations say. Any suspicious transactions must also be reported to the country’s anti-money-laundering agency, known as Fintrac.

The Truckers are Winning: Two-Thirds of Canadians Now Want to End All COVID-19 Restrictions:

A survey conducted by the Maru Public Opinion for Postmedia showed that 64 percent of Canadians want all COVID-19 restrictions to end unless hospitals and intensive care units are overwhelmed with patients, which they are not at the present time.

The tide is turning against the technocracy among Canadians, and the freedom truckers have a lot to do with this shift in public opinion.

“Tucker Carlson took time on his show to discuss the trucker convoy in Canada, which he referred to as “the most successful human rights protest in a generation.” “If nothing else, it has been a very useful reminder to our entitled ruling class that working-class men can be pushed, but only so far. When they push back, it hurts. It turns out that truck drivers are more important to a country’s future than, say, diversity consultants, or even MSNBC contributors. Who knew?"

I need to share one more reflection inspired by Democracy in America before I set aside Alexis de Tocqueville for the rest of the summer. We’ve heard a lot recently about making America “great” again, and that calls to mind a famous quote popularly attributed to that French commentator. Have you heard this before?

I sought for the greatness and genius of America in her commodious harbors and her ample rivers—and it was not there. . . . . in her fertile fields and boundless forests—and it was not there. . . . .in her rich mines and her vast world commerce—and it was not there. . . . in her democratic Congress and her matchless Constitution—and it was not there. Not until I went into the churches of America and heard her pulpits flame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because she is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, she will cease to be great.

I think the same could apply to Canada. Canada will only be great if God is exalted. The same with the freedom convoy or any protest.

Whether this freedom convoy is successful or not, God has been exalted because they have honoured Almighty God in their actions. Almighty God, may you receive all the glory! :prayer-hands:

Whoops, apparently that quote was not from the French author, after all.

Still, even if it was not him who spoke of it, there is truth in it. A nation is not great because of its own virtue. Nations are great when they humble themselves before Almighty God.

Some of the protest organizers have been arrested. They went peacefully and honourably. Apparently Tamara Lich prayed that people would pray for Justin Trudeau because he is a father of three children. May God Bless her and keep her safe in prison.

May she be vindicated and freed after all is said and done. May those walls come tumbling down. ?
