Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6

Lord, You are worthy...blessings, honor, glory and power be to You.

Lord, give food shelter clothing and salvation to all those in every nation who are lost, poor, in turmoil and every kind of need. You are mighty to save from the enemy Lord. May the worlds people rush to You as they are rush to borders for security. Our only security is in You Father, save the lost who call on Your Name, and save Your people in these days of end times upheaval, in Jesus Name, amen.

A member asked for this to be posted anonymously:

A woman has been subjected to many traumas since childhood, including serious abuse by family members and abandonment by others. She had to leave her home country and is living alone in another country. Has friends but still feels isolated. She is enduring a lot of hardships in new country including discrimination, missing her home country, family and friends left behind. She loves many family members and misses them. However, one family member keeps telling lies about her which made it difficult to connect to the other members.

Has PTSD and severe depression along with confusion as to why she had to endure more than others. Prayed against curses, curses in her family line, still wondering if something is wrong. She is in constant distress at times.

Needs to know what is going on: curse still operating,….needs guidance. Also needs family as she is far away from home and cannot continue to be alone. The only times she found joy and relief from her symptoms is when others invited her to their homes for lunch, dinner or even to stay over for a few days. She needs a family of her own so as not to remain isolated in another country.

Wow! Apparently this person has been through a lot in her life. May our Heavenly Father comfort her and bring people into her life so she doesn't feel so lonely. :prayer-hands:

May she take comfort in these verses:

Psalm 68:4-6
New King James Version
4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
Extol Him who rides on the clouds,
By His name Yah,
And rejoice before Him.

5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,
Is God in His holy habitation.
6 God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

I am asking for prayer. ?

Prayer is powerful because we pray to an All Powerful God. :heart:

This evening at 7:30 Pacific Time (10:30 Eastern Time) I will meet my brother and his two daughters (my nieces) to walk around the seaside and the pier for maybe an hour.

They didn't want to meet in a restaurant because of the coronavirus but I definitely don't want it to be the topic of conversation.

I have written a will and told my brother about it a few years ago. In it I have left a fairly significant amount to my nieces. After telling my brother about the will, I shared the gospel with him and we prayed the sinner's prayer together. I believe he is saved.

Now, I want to talk to my nieces about the will as they are old enough to understand. One will be 13 this month and the other 16 in December. I want to explain what I have done. After talking about what a will is, I want to talk about my spiritual will/preparation for after death. (ie How to get to heaven.)

So, I am requesting prayer that the rain would be held off as well as the wind. It is lightly raining right now. I don't want the weather to be a distraction.

Also, I am praying for open hearts and for the Holy Spirit to help guide them and help them to understand. This could be my last chance to talk to them one on one. :prayer-hands:

Thank you for your prayers. :thankyou

The meeting didn't exactly go as I expected but I got to broach the subject of death and inheritance through a will. (All very important Biblical concepts.) I believe, Lord willing, I'll be able to follow up with a zoom call in a couple of weeks.

The weather was pretty good. Only a slight wind and no rain. A gorgeous sunset, as well. :good:

Praise the Lord in season and out of season. Blessed is the Name of the Lord! :yahoo:

Kathy, the moderator of Rapture Flight to Heaven posted on the forum that her mother is dying from cancer and she is not sure if she is a believer. She did not ask me to post anything for her. I just felt bad and wanted to share.
