Obadiah 1:1 The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD concerning Edom; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen, Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle. The rumour of the war begins with Edom who is modern day Jordan. My belief is this is the final warning from God before the next middle east war erupts. Today I read from news that Trump wants Jordan to accept 300000 Palestinians living there as their citizen. Looks like this shall infuriate Jordanians and Palestinians. Next may come a rumor of a war from Edom. We have to watch the reaction of Jordanians and the Palestinians closely. They may cause the first spark of the next middle east war . Besides Egypt, Jordan is the most important key player in this peace process. King Abdullah II is also the custodian of the temple mount. God foretold the rumor of the war begins with Jordan. Any proposal to alter the status of temple mount shall bring uproars in Jordan and Arab world. We need to watch Jordan closely.
