The statistics for the states are out there for any media or anyone else to see if they would look. He veiled his face to talk with the people. I heard a pastor teach about this, how being in the presence of God changes people. He brought up 2Cor 3:9-11 that though the glory Moses had from being with God faded away, there is no fading of God's glory that is revealed in the person of Jesus. A greater covenant, established by the blood of the Lord to blot out our sin debt has been established. A watermark or some kind of marker that could not be copied would have established true ballots from copies. Even this marker could not reveal if the correct person filled the ballot out. But we have a greater assurance of acceptance, being sealed by Holy Spirit of God.
