Yes, we’ve had super cold weather for the past week in the 20’s and with the windchill  … it feels like 10 degrees.  This is not normal for us.  But today it’s finally close to 40 degrees … feels like a heatwave and the next few days is back to seasonable weather.  I notice the gasoline prices went down … very surprised …I paid $3.37 per gallon vs. 2 weeks ago it was $3.79.  I’m not complaining but I wonder why the drop and hope it continues …

WOW … I haven’t seen that gasoline price since🤔 …. Trump was in office.  Just goes to show the south is spoiled with getting all the breaks. B-)

Well … Walmart had the fresh pineapple today at $2.09 each … I haven’t seen it that low in  years.  Can you beat that price?

And how about … real authentic Italian pizza😉 … this one place has the lunch special - 2 really generous slices that  hang over the plate for $4.09 with all you can drink … help yourself to their soda fountain.   I admire this pizzeria for not raising their prices for the lunch special … it’s been this way since 2014.  They really appreciate their customers.  And they got these pizza cards - one for the lunch special .. they stamp it each time you place an order … once you reach 10 stamps the next one is free.  They do the same with the pizza pies .. they allow you to buy the medium size and once you reach 10 stamps you are entitled to a free large pie.   Do you have that … in your area? B-)

Report: Electric Vehicles Have 80% More Problems than Gas-Powered Cars:

Electric vehicles (EVs) have vastly more problems that arise than gas-powered cars, a new report of American consumers reveals.

The survey from Consumer Reports, which asked owners of about 330,000 vehicles about issues they faced over the last year, found that EVs have almost 80 percent more problems than gas-powered cars using traditional combustion engines.

Most problems consumers face with EVs, the report suggests, are long charging times, a lack of charging stations in general, issues with the lithium-ion battery, outer and interior parts not fitting precisely, and engine failures.

Michael Coram, who lives near Buffalo, New York, told the AP he had to turn his all-electric Chevrolet Bolt SUV on and off up to 12 times before he could get the car into drive because of the region’s cold temperatures.

As Breitbart News reported Wednesday, car dealers across the United States are so concerned with EV sales that they are urging President Joe Biden to abandon his EV mandates and carbon emission regulations that would effectively force all-electric cars on consumers.

[EVs] are stacking up on our lots,” the car dealers write:
With each passing day, it becomes more apparent that this attempted electric vehicle mandate is unrealistic based on current and forecasted customer demand. Already, electric vehicles are stacking up on our lots which is our best indicator of customer demand in the marketplace.

US Students’ Math Scores Drop to Lowest Levels Ever in Global Education Assessment as Millions of Illegals Flood Over Border:

The 2022 math score was not only lower than it was in 2012 but it was “among the lowest ever measured by PISA in mathematics” for the U.S., per the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) country note.

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona called for a “math revolution” in a statement on the new PISA test results showing the US is way behind other first-world countries.

And while the pandemic made them worse, gaps have been existing in our country ever since we’ve been collecting data.

Foreign-born citizens make up 15 percent of America, topping the peak immigrant years at the end of the 19th Century, the report said.

Math scores in the US will only continue to decline thanks to ‘common core math’ in public school and Joe Biden’s open borders policies.
