I referred him to legal aid. When I hung up the phone, I couldn't stop laughing. I know it's not funny, but I could not help finding it comical when he talked about getting into a fight in a bar after he put in his application and now he has a record. That guy ended up providing me with comic relief today. I hope legal aid will sort it out for him and he does get his citizenship. next time I talk to him, I should thank him for the laugh.
