B-) "Wherefore by their fruitcakes ye shall know them." :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: :yes: :whistle: :mdrmdr: The irony is … this cake is considered a Roman soldier “survival cake” and in the midst of this pandemic and with the stores running out of food … the other day I noticed in this one local store they have the candied fruit in the plastic containers stacked up. I’m seriously thinking on buying some to make a cake since it will take years before it goes bad. And those that are not a fan of fruitcake … can you just see it now … they maybe forced to eat it to survive this winter and perhaps they will learn to like it? B-) Or perhaps not. :mdrmdr:
