Tammie, those mini cheesecakes look yummo! I didn’t think I could top that one but here goes … how about ice cream sundae on top of the mini cheesecakes?!!! :whistle: I’m seriously thinking on making these today … I got everything but the no bake cheesecake mix. Will be heading out to the store later … B-) This is a hard one for me … in this selection group … its a toss up between the cheesecake and the brownies (but it hast to have lots of walnuts) or I wont be tempted at all. 3rd choice gotta go with apple pie, 4th is the cookies. I’m not that crazy about banana cream pie (but if it were coconut cream that is a totally different story) and I haven’t the foggiest idea of what Flan is … so I don’t know what to pick for the 5th spot. :unsure: How about you ? Oh I love Flan — get it as often as possible and it is gluten free —- plus point! Wait, I love cheese cake too — no, no, no, I adore Banana Cream Pie — aw shucks, I really like Apple Pie topped with ice cream, A-La-mode …. Ouch brownies and cookies are a food group right??? Oh bother — I’ll just have one of each or maybe two, naw, three of each will serve me well! :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: Oh bother! Hate making decisions! Me too! Smorgasbords reign! But then which one first? Now I’m stuck again! TR Ok its confession time … how many will admit they LOVE moist Christmas fruitcake! Come on don’t be shy … how can you resist this lovely creation… And this …. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :whistle: Is this tempting or what? Or do I need to throw in a cup of hot apple cider too! B-) Admission here. Save some for me. :yes: :good: Black coffee might be better (for me), but cider would be nice. :yahoo: the “Fruitcake club” members are sloooowly growing in number. I don’t know why so many don’t like this wonder cake … with all the candy, raisins, dates & nuts inside. :yes: Ok, I will cave and throw in the bean salad as another beverage option. I wonder if this will tempt Tammie, T.R. and Yohanan into the club? B-) Ah — sorry that would be a huge no — funky cake has never been a fav of mine …. It’s like eating and re-eating the whole fruit and nut basket with a bit of grit thrown in all at once …. What is your favorite dessert question is such a hard one. I would go with the flan, although I love the cheesecake, apple pie, brownies,........... I didn't know it is called flan. I know it as "creme caramel". Very nice! I also love "Baba Au Rhum". It is cake soaked with Rhum, has some cream inside and a cherry on top. One of my other favorite desserts is Creme Brûlée— oh my, smooth, light, heavenly! You can add strawberries to top it off, but I prefer it just as it is … yum!
