We as humans often do things small and great that can only be deemed as stupid. Stupid is as stupid does as the saying goes! Rather than admit to any level of stupidity, we invariably will justify our actions. All the more dangerous in the spiritual realm! Stealing from our employers, cheating on our taxes or spouses, alchohol and drug abuse, or a myriad of personal quirks/affectations, etc. Wherther we over eat or spend money unwisely, personal justifications can rob us of righteousness and integrity! And yet, we all stand guilty! Human frailty or a matter of choice?! I think a little of both. What do you think? TR TR - that is the ultimate reason for God’s Grace .... all our righteousness is as filthy rags ... the battle is that evil will not ever let us forget our human desire to sin, that is the battle. There is no temptation that we face that is not common to man, but God is faithful who will allow you to be tempted beyond your ability to handle it but will with the temptation make a way to be able to escape that you can bear it. But God forgives completely, removing our sin as far as the East is from the west.... thank the Lord for His work. :prayer-hands: Sound like you are familiar with God! You're right again Sis. How could I ever doubt you? From the sound of things, I don't think I'll be friending evil any time soon! Sure like grace! TR Justification helps explain not only lifestyles, but the anger that will cause men to shake their fists at God! Realizing they stand in such contrast with God and His will, anger is their only option! This type of anger I have never been able to understand till now. Seeing who we really are exposed by God's light is terrifying! TR Grace or no grace. Forgiveness or no forgiveness! Saved or not saved! These are the only options offered unto man! TR
