Summer or bust! Or maybe an untimely surprise! Yet we must continue to marvel as the Lord's prophetic words continue to be fulfilled! Again, the days we live in continue to amaze as time dwindles away unobtrusively with each passing day being as like any other! The seasons of Spring and Summer in all their glory offering respite from harsh winter while offering hope and promise of kinder and gentler days! Quiet and gentle nights leading into lazy and slower and kinder days! TR Our being anxious and homesick rivals the work the Lord is doing in gathering and fashioning a Bride for himself! Again, the Lord endeavors to save us from ourselves, for himself, inspite of ourselves! Highlighting His glorious heart! Suffice to say that the Rapture will drastically alter so much, for time and eternity! May our countenance and spirits be lifted as we "look up" for our redemption! Choosing Christ you have chosen wisely grasshopper! TR Exalt Him for being the truth, the way and the life! Let the days of our lives forge an unbreakable bond between the Creator and we His creation! TR Yep … we have to be out of here soon before it all hits the fan. I read an article the other day … there “might be” a smallpox pandemic on the horizon with painful boils/sores. 🙁 If this happens …. woe to the unsaved that end up with smallpox and are still alive at the time of the mark of the beast and they accept the mark … because unless the smallpox clears up … add additional “noisome and grievous sores” from the first vial judgment in Revelation 16 1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. 2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image. 3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea. 4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus. 6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy. 7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments. 8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. 9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory. 10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, 11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds. 12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. ———————— If you notice just in the first 14 verses of Revelation 16 it looks like a repeat of the judgments on Egypt … at least 6 of the 10 plagues are mentioned … bloody drinking water, frogs, boils, sun scorch (hail/fire), darkness … the locust was earlier in Revelation 9:5, 100 pound hailstones is later in verse 21 of Revelation 16. Just remember- the Revelation judgements are Gods wrath poured out during the tribulation, not for the church, we are protected from His wrath. Does not mean we won’t have afflictions on the believer, but Christ said, take heart, he has overcome the world. :prayer-hands: Indeed afflictions being common to man, and persecutions for believers! But we live and long for a new day! One that is fast approaching! A day when saints and God will be lifted up! Indeed our hope now being before Summer! Not that there is ever a bad day for the Rapture! TR Sad that the light of Christ will not be seen by the many! As many will enter the bowels of Hell clueless and unrepentant rather than enter Heaven's gate which is Christ! Sadder still, the choice was theirs alone! TR And even sadder still, is that even in torment they will still not want to live with Christ! True, for many respite from the horrors of Hell will not be chosen even if it were possible! Then we have the untold millions who will have eternal regret added to their burdens of Hell! TR Pray earnestly for the lost to turn to Christ while they may! :prayer-hands:
