Amir Tsarfati, November 26: Joe Biden is pushing Benjamin Netanyahu to approve the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon in exchange for the removal of the U.S arms embargo on Israel and a US veto in the UN Security Council resolution that will force a ceasefire anyway. Biden is literally blackmailing Netanyahu while Israel is fighting for its survival. - Lebanese residents who allowed Hezbollah to operate from their villages are allowed to return to their homes. - Hezbollah operatives can simply change into Lebanese army uniforms and return to southern Lebanon. - France, which does not even allow Israel to participate in weapons exhibitions, is now part of the supervision mechanism. - We all know it is almost impossible to resume the war after a few relatively peaceful months. - Netanyahu promised a generational change. - What we got is more of the same, which we know cannot last longer than a few years. I hope this is just a smart move, part of a bigger and more sophisticated plan, but right now it looks very bad.

What, in my opinion, is wrong with the upcoming ceasefire agreement:
- There is no buffer zone in southern Lebanon.

While Hezbollah gave up on shooting already at 10:30PM last night, Israel continued to strike until minutes before 4:00PM.
IDF forces are deployed in their positions in southern Lebanon.
IDF will still be in Lebanon for the next 60 days - interesting how Hezbollah okay’d this…

This is exactly why I believe it was a huge mistake not to insist on keeping at least 2 miles deep security zone in our hands.
