In Fay’s article … “Is the Black Horse in view” I learned a few more interesting things about this old Rothschild Economist 2015 Magazine Cover …predicting the future of 2020/2021 and beyond …. Obama is center stage and secretly still in power for a 3rd term and in between him and the Chinese leader … there is a guy wearing the black goofy virtual reality goggles. B-) The arrows 11.5 and 11.3 interesting theories of what it could be: 11.5.11.3 is an IP address for the Dept of Defense. Weird … no? Or 11.5 and 11.3 are also atomic elements. Just saying. Or Could 11.3 be March 11, the date the petroleum dollar dies and collapses our dollar and births the new gold standard for the world? Notice how the gold arrow is solidly grounded, unlike our currency, and reflects its golden glare to the flat-tired vehicle with Castro and STP oil stickers? This is a famous artwork called “Portrait of a Lady from the Court of Milan” aka “La belle ferronniere” (It is believed that Leonardo Di Vinci is the original artist). I’m not sure what the reference might be, but the story goes that “the sitter was the wife or daughter of an iron monger (a ferronnier), who was said to be discreetly alluding to a reputed mistress of Francis I of France, married to a certain Le Ferron. The tale is a romantic legend of revenge in which the aggrieved husband intentionally infects himself with syphilis, which he passes to the King through infecting his wife.” All I can think of is Francis 1, refers to Pope Francis 1 (Bergoglio). - Fair Use - Hmmm … isn’t Pope Francis dying from some illness and they will be replacing him soon??? The Fabian Society used to openly advocate a scientifically planned society and supported eugenics by way of sterilization. It’s original logo was a wolf in sheep’s clothing … But I guess that was not the best way to conceal the wolf from the masses. - Fair Use - That magazine cover is intriguing. There is a calendar behind the buffed up panda (which could represent China) with the word panic on it, I can't make out the date on the calendar. There is also a globe in the shape of a football..... so much symbolism going on in this magazine, it's crazy. I’m curious about that football. I wonder if it refers to autumn? I’m leaning .. but not yet positive … I got a feeling the football stadiums will be the arena for the tribulation beheadings 🙁 The feet of spider man is coming out of the leader of China suit … this symbolizes China owns and controls Hollyweird. It’s amazing how the more you look around the more programming you can see. This magazine cover is intriguing to me. I think “the football” is what they call the briefcase that the President carries around with the nuclear launch codes in it? Crop-O-Dust 
In front of Putin is a small aircraft on which is written Crop-O-Dust. This refers to the concept of crop dusting which is “the process of spraying crops with powdered insecticides or fungicides from an aircraft”. Right under the helicopter is a kid … eating something. Unsettling.

The turtle symbol
Standing in front of everything else, gazing right into our souls is a turtle with emphasis lines around its shell. What does it represent? Will turtle make a huge comeback in 2015? Probably not.
