Well I was going to reply a big thank you to so many of you who wished me well on my 28th anniversary today on my last post about an Earth Day rapture?   So a big heartfelt thank you!  No she did not kill me, Yohanon just checking in hahaha! Actually my wife is usually the easiest person to get along with and very “low maintenance”.

Our first couple of years were rough, as all young marriages are I suppose - fighting over in-laws meddling and “too much month at the end of the money” type stuff - but to any young couple out there, strive to become an old married couple - it truly does get better and a long life together with someone you love is one of the most blessed things the Lord has given us.

And for those of you who are curious, my wife usually starts with hints of what she wants VERY early and then by the time the anniversary rolls around it is a foregone conclusion lol!  This year she wants dinner and a movie and for me to buy and install some new window treatments for the living room.  Like I said, low maintenance gal!  I am looking forward to our “date night” tonight since we haven’t been able to celebrate for the last 2 years.  2020 was covid and everything was closed so there was no where to go and celebrate, and then last year’s anniversary in 2021 was spent in the hospital with my mom.  I swear that’s what kept my mom going that last day - I don’t think she wanted to pass away on our anniversary and spoil the day for us.

But enough about me - on to the “meat” and the real purpose of this post.  As I said in my last post, basically I am watching for the rapture any day that ends with “Y” these days. So I look for each day for signs that could portend our soon departure  So yesterday’s speculation about Earth Day 2022 was a bust - we still have tomorrow, the end of Passover and also Orthodox Easter to look forward to, which as I mentioned in another post could also be the correct day for the feast of Firstfruits - but we will discuss that tomorrow if and when it gets here - what about today?  April 23rd, Is there anything special about today? (Other than being my anniversary lol)

I think so.  As part of my daily devotional I have been reading through the “one year Bible” for several years now.  I have always been fascinated with the way the scripture is arranged.  We know that chapter and verse divisions are not necessarily inspired but could be.  And I see these daily portions much the same way, not necessarily inspired but could be.

I started thinking this way after Jonathan Cahn published the Harbinger and showed how the passage for September 11th contained Isaiah 9:10 which spoke of judgement and contained the word specifically spoken by Tom Daschle, senate majority leader at the time in the days following thee September 11 attacks - ““The bricks have fallen down, But we will rebuild with hewn stones; The sycamores are cut down, But we will replace them with cedars.””Isaiah‬ ‭9:10‬ ‭

So ever since learning this I am very aware that God may have a message for us for the day in these little daily portions of scripture - for those of you who do not use this one year Bible as a daily devotional - guess what today’s scripture portions are for April 23rd?

There are portions from Judges, Psalms 90-91 and Luke 22-23, for the sake of brevity let me copy in the ones that stood out to me today.

“For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it is past, And like a watch in the night.”  Psalms‬ ‭90:4‬ ‭ (could we be nearing the end of the 6 days/6000 years as Arthur’s theory posited several weeks ago? Hmmmm)

“The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”  Psalms‬ ‭90:10‬ (we have heard so much of this time frame concerning the fig tree generation - keep this in the back of your mind)

“Return, O Lord! How long? And have compassion on Your servants. Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days!”  Psalms‬ ‭90:13-14‬ ‭

Ok remember I told you to keep that Psalm 90 scripture at the back of your mind, pull it back to the front and consider what the one year daily Bible offers us as New Testament scriptures today out of Luke 22-23 check this one out.

“Then He spoke to them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. When they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.” ‭Luke‬ ‭21:29-31‬ ‭. Coincidence?

And here is the last scripture that jumped out at me today

““But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”” Luke‬ ‭21:34-36‬ ‭

I really can’t add any more to that, is it all coincidence that all of these scriptures are gathered together in one place for today April 23rd?  Who knows.  All I can say is that if today is not the rapture, it seems like God is really tryin to communicate that it is very close and might just be verifying that the fig tree generation can be interpreted with the 70-80 year timeframe.

I’ll check back with you guys later if we are not raptured today, but my replies might be sporadic since the bride and I are going to be spending a lot of time out on the town today!

No she did not kill me      Oh good! She sounds like a great gal!!

I am watching for the rapture any day that ends with “Y” these days.
I think more and more of us are joining your ranks on this. For me, every day is a high watch day. It cannot be much longer given the way everything in the world is going.
