I beg you help, my unspoken request. A month ago after the surgeon told me I needed a 7 hour surgery, cutting my back open neck to tailbone, rods and screws and a year to heal in bed. Also I would still be in pain. The next week I was told a Young friend I had thought of as a child of mine passed, on my birthday. Was best man in her wedding. I spend 97% of my time alone. After the holiday weekend alone, for the first time in years I went out alone to the beach area to get a hamburger, walked after dinner to the water. I knew I walked to far, barely walk with cane. Going back to car stopped to rest. Area was crowed and leg gave out fell Hurt knee bad ,broke two ribs, covered in bruises and hit my head knocked out. Came to at hospital being arrested. Told when RN bent me over my arm shot out and barely hit him, no damage. I remember none of this, charged with battery, Now go to court Friday this week for arraignment , already plead not guilty . I will get to show my side. There was no bail charged, and no restrictions. Please pray the Lords mercy and care over me and a clear right outcome, I will go to jury trial if I have to, that would be in November. I have never even had a ticket, parking or any other. You are the only ones I have told this to please pray. Please also work on the conscious of this RN to be convicted of these ridiculous charges of false claim of battery and that it wasn’t intentional and will drop the charges.
