Happy Independence Day to all my American friends. God bless. Heidi Thank you, Heidi. Well I just had an interesting outing. I went out to get some jelly donuts at Dunkin Donuts and then got a few items at the grocery store and low and behold I see Jonathan Goldsmith - former movie star and beer commercial guy aka “Interesting Man in the World”. I had a burden for him for a few months now because the local paper said he bought a vacation home here in VT. For some reason I felt the Holy Spirit compelling me to speak to him. He advertised in the paper of a meeting in the library to hear him talk about his Hollywood life but the cost was from $25.00 - $50.00 depending on if you were drinking booze and having fancy horderves. I passed on that encounter ... so the Lord had me see him for free in the grocery store. Hee hee. He was wearing dark sun glasses and had a pink golf shirt and jeans. He walked around like he thought who he was but I wasn’t afraid. I approached him and said I know who you are .. you starred in Charlies Angels with Cheryl Ladd. He laughed and claimed he was in 6 episodes but when I research it when I came back to my condo ... I only see that 1 episode listed. Perhaps he is losing his memory? Anyway I tried to talked to him about Jesus and to give him a Bible tract ... he didn’t take the tract and he said in an aloof manner “he prays to Jesus every day”. Personally I don’t believe him and I think he was just trying to brush me off. Normally a true believer is excited to meet another believer and he didn’t act that way. But that’s ok ... I left him with this thought ... I said life is so short and we need to call on Jesus for salvation ... He is the only way to heaven. Both my parents were well and then suddenly got sick and died. But they were ready for heaven because they put their trust in the finish work of Jesus. He agreed that life is short. I’m praying now that someone else reaches him ... I’m just amazed how the Lord timed that appointment today ... just wasn’t expecting it. : ) Can you pray for him too? Thanks. Thanks Heidi, Happy 4th to all ?
