Nothing dogmatic about this but it's worth taking a look at.

Assume Jesus was crucified on 4/25/31 and this was the end of His ministry.

If Jesus was given the same amount of time for His ministry as Satan is given for his reign of Antichrist (42 lunar months or 1260 days from Revelation 13:5) then the beginning of Jesus ministry at His baptism would have occurred on 11/12/27.

If we believe that Messiah was revealed at the 4000 year mark from creation with His baptism and that His return will be at the 6000 year mark then 11/12/27 plus 2000 years would be 11/12/2027. A correction is needed because 10 days were added to the calendar in 1582 to switch from Julian to Gregorian timing. Therefore His return would be 11/2/2027.

If a pre-tribulation rapture were to occur exactly seven years prior to His return then the date would be approximately 11/2/2020.

Points that will be argued with this analysis will be the date of the crucifixion, the length of His ministry, the idea of the 1000 years for a day theory and other items I’m sure but this is put out there as-is so take it any way you like. :amen:

Any days OK with me.

It could be argued that His ministry extended beyond the crucifixion if He was ministering to those in Abraham's bosom while in the grave so maybe 11/2/2020 to 11/5/2020 window.

Using the date calculator, if we subtract 2520 days from Nov. 2, 2027 we would be at December 8th. So if we just figure 2520 days as the time of the trib, then we could conclude that the Trib must begin no later than Dec. 8th if the thought of the second coming were to be about Nov. 2, 2027 (excluding the extra days mentioned in Daniel about those being blessed who are there an extra 75).

I had figured some time ago that if the Lord were to return for the second coming on FOT, that the trib would have to begin by Nov. 7th, by using just the 2520 number. We are closing in on that time very quickly since of course we must be gone prior to this happening.

I was talking to my hubby last night about the feeling of let down since the feast days had passed and we remain here, and I said "it's just because traditionally they are such high watch times"; and he said to me "hon, every day is a high watch day if you stop and consider all that is going on and what scripture says".  This was such an encouragement to me since I have been a watcher much longer than he, by this we know that the Spirit speaks truth to our hearts and that he has placed that knowledge within us to know that our departure is sooooo soon!!

I'm using solar years not 360 day years. Intercalation kicks in after 3.5 years and a month is added so technically it would be 2520 plus 30 = 2550. Solar would be 2556 over a seven year period.

I agree with with your calculation methods :good: , and that is certainly consistent with the scripture in Daniel as well.

I am not dogmatic about any particular day and I tend to get overly excited with my calculator and figure all the possible days from the midpoint including the 1260, 1290 and the 1335. :popcorn  I always figure more days to look at is better, and thankfully every day is a good day to watch for the Lord.

What keeps me going as a watcher even though FOT passed once again  ... I’m keeping my eyes focused on what is happening with Israel - peace accords ... to the progress leading to the temple construction.  Things are really moving quickly into place and that encourages me it can’t be too much longer.  Plus I used to fear the Vaxx but I don’t now because it just got pushed back to June 2021.  Surely we won’t be here for it!!!   Any day now is good with me vs. thinking its hast to occur on either FOT, Resurrection Sunday, Pentecost or ____.  Any day is fine with me! :good:

Truly looking at Oct 31st as our treat to fly home!

If not ... well then any day in November. B-)

Grumpy and Churchgal — I appreciate your math ability and pray it all be in Gods plan, He is a God of precision and consistency. I also hold to every day is a high watch day, looking up, praying consistently, be ready in season.... we are most certainly in season, it is very easy to see the end is in front of us ... you’d have to be blind to not see the marching forward of prophecy timeline (oh wait, the blind is leading the blind— my bad  )

We are certainly out of here! Soon! :prayer-hands:

We put a lot of stock into associating the rapture with a feast day but Jesus broke the mold with the day of His ascension.  It was probably one of the more important events of history but it occurred on an ignominious day not associated with any of the feasts.

It's easier to look forward to the possibility of it being on a set feast day but it's probably going to be as big a surprise to us when He returns for us as it was to the disciples when He left them.

Great point!  And Ark Day is not a feast day for Jews only, but speaks to the whole world!
