At this point, 2020, an "unprecedented" year, nothing is out of the realm of impossibility anymore. Please come soon Jesus! :prayer-hands: I should say it's around the 31 minute mark about the possibility of electromagnetic interference with high tension power lines. Emp's seems to me could not be targeted or focused per se! But would adversely affect much of modern technology of every ilk! Or so it seems to me! Though I may be wrong. TR Thats why I questioned it, a high altitude EMP would cause frying of all circuits dispersed regionally. The theory proposed in the video begs the question, are the tectonic plates moving just enough to create the little surges? Kind of like scuffing your socked feet across the floor to create enough static electricity to shock someone.
