And if you want to increase your levels of glutathione naturally here are the foods and herbs …

Walmart sells - the Super Green veggie power drinks (contains a lot of these veggies listed below already)  the bottles are located in the vitamin aisle.

Glutathione Foods The best sources of glutathione in your diet include parsley, spinach, cabbage, garlic, brussels sprouts, beets, avocado, and broccoli, among others.

4. Natural Foods That Boost Glutathione Levels Asparagus is a leading source of glutathione. Foods like broccoli, avocado and spinach are also known to boost glutathione levels. Raw eggs (eek  raw eggs?  Cooked ok), garlic and fresh unprocessed meats contain high levels of sulphur-containing amino acids and help to maintain optimal glutathione levels.

Foods that stimulate glutathione production include: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, garlic, spinach, and turmeric etc. These foods contain certain chemicals known to stimulate glutathione production, assist in recycling oxidized glutathione back into reduced (non-oxidized) form and also boost the synthesis and the activity of important glutathione enzymes.

The strawberry is another fruit that contains a high content of dietary glutathione. It is crucial to note that this form of glutathione is made up of three amino acids. Glycine, L-glutamate, and L-cysteine is responsible for the production of glutathione in the liver.

Increasing your intake of vitamin C, whey protein, turmeric, milk thistle and foods rich in selenium will further help to boost glutathione production. Glutathione Uses and Benefits Glutathione benefits are far-reaching in terms of warding off many different diseases. It may help to prevent heart disease, dementia and cancer, says BeatCancer.org.

By consuming foods rich in Vitamins B6, B9, B12 and biotin, we can ensure our body remains in a good shape to produce glutathione. Some foods rich in folate are asparagus, spinach, beets, okra, beans, lentils, seeds and nuts.  Increase Your Intake of Vitamin E and Vitamin C

NAC

Wow these people are so evil …

FDA wants to Ban NAC now that it combats Covid-19
Interestingly, with COVID-19 treatment as a new indication, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is now suddenly cracking down on NAC, claiming it is excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement, as it was approved as a new drug in 1985. 2 As such, NAC cannot be marketed as a supplement.

Amazon verifies it’s eliminating for sale NAC supplements
The spokesperson added, "We are in the process of removing the [NAC-containing dietary supplement] products in question from our store." Amazon also owns Whole Foods Market—and at least one trade association head acknowledged he wouldn't be surprised if Whole Foods also removes NAC from store shelves.

Well here  are some NAC natural foods

Animal products such as cheese (especially ricotta), eggs and yogurt also contain high levels of NAC. For you vegetarians out there, animal proteins are not the only solution. NAC is also found in broccoli, bananas, onions, red peppers, garlic, scallions and soy beans. It can also be found in oats and granola.

Cysteine is found in most high-protein foods, such as chicken, turkey, yogurt, cheese, eggs, sunflower seeds and legumes. N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a supplement form of cysteine.

Excellent dietary resources Geri!! I think God's provisions are always best....am also hoping that maybe the supplements may help some of the folks that have already had the gene therapy since they got a concentrated dose...but of course Amazon and the FDA would suddenly start going after NAC...now that they know people will use it to combat their efforts....
