Yohanan, I read your post for Geri. I feel a bit emotional. It also describes my situation. I have been attacked too much in life. Had horrible things said and done to me. something just happened right now that shook me up and left me in tears. People are very cruel and I can't wait to get out of this world

thank you for the lovely words you had to say to Geri. Everything you said about her is correct, just recently, with something she said on Ritan, I noticed how thoughtful and caring she was.

Thanks a lot for sharing your story.

Sigh….. sending all of you guys love from my heart! I don’t want my scars in heaven! I hope our former life will be nothing than a vapor, or a dream that is faintly remembered! Christians are the worst, in my opinion! After my salvation I received the worst scars! But….I met some really sincere brothers and sisters as well! Like here on RITA ❤️❤️❤️

Geri, if you had chosen a husband, this is what God would have wanted him to be to / for you. No scar would matter.

Ephesians 5:25-32
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself; for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church, because we are members of His body. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church.

Because the scar kept you from marriage, God became your Husband. He is your Husband, and no scar matters to Him. These scriptures reflect His heart, scars or no scars:

Isaiah 54:5
For your husband is your Maker,
Whose name is the Lord of hosts;
And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel,
Who is called the God of all the earth.

Ephesians 5:27
That He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.

1 Corinthians 11:3
But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ.

2 Corinthians 11:2
For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to Christ I might present you as a pure virgin.
