I cannot imagine the impact an event of that magnitude will have on the world. Quakes and eruptions so large that complete mountain ranges will vanish! Indeed, those left behind will have much to contend with. The Lord will utilize all of creation to announce that He is Lord. The universe will convulse, the Earth will be shaken, the animal kingdom will rebel against man. Stars will fall from the Heavens. Fire and brimstone as well as 100 lb hailstones shall rain down. The judgments of God will be unleashed and hell will be opened releasing demons into the realm of men! And yet, men will still refuse to humble their hearts and bend a knee before God! The Word however promises a huge ingathering into the Kingdom of God. After the preaching by the 144,000, after the testimony of the two end time witnesses, and the everlasting gospel being preached by even the angels of God mankind will be without excuse for denying Christ! God himself has already made provision for His Word to be preached to the whole Earth! TR Seeing the location of China Lake on the map ... it sure looks like it could take care of judging both sin city Las Vegas and Hollywood at the same time. :wacko: It would but I do believe every city is guilty, not just Vegas and L.A. I know those two cities have their share of sin but they are no different than Atlanta, Orlando, or New York so it makes me wonder just how devastating a rupture like that will be. Just imagine how far reaching! I lived in Capistrano Beach, CA when the Hector Mine quake (7.1) hit. We felt it strongly on the coast and were over 150 miles away. Its amazing to me just how hard a man’s heart can be that he will STILL deny the Lord after all that has become of him. Tribulation man will have absolutely no excuse, but then, I guess none of us do.
And deep darkness the people;
But the Lord will arise over you,
