Hello Kent, I had some trouble until I used a little different process than the one described earlier. I went to profiles / change profile photo, and then just dragged my image from my desktop and dropped it in the rectangular box. At this point simply crop your face image the way you want it, and then to the right of the larger photo which shows how you want it, simply press the caption labeled "Crop Picture." But now having said all that to you in my private message to you, I only within the last hour realized that you access RITA using your cell phone, I had not read that Kolleen had mentioned a cell phone. After spending most of an hour not discovering how someone using a cell phone might actually send or receive a private message, I'm now convinced no one with a cell phone alone, is able to use that feature. So I am giving up at long last and hope that you might find a computer to log into RITA. If so, the above instructions work really well. If there's anyone out there reading this who has actually been able to initiate a private message from his or her cell phone, Kent and I and possibly several more participants would love to understand how?
