I think this is a different pipeline that they also want to shut down:

Biden admin considering shutting down Michigan pipeline, drawing criticism and dire warnings as winter nears.

"Line 5 is part of a network that moves crude oil and other petroleum products from western Canada, [the Line 5 oil pipeline links Superior, Wisconsin with Sarnia, Ontario], sources report transporting about 540,000 barrels per day. Petroleum is taken from the pipeline in Escanaba, Michigan."

"Jason Hayes, the director of environmental policy at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, blasted the Biden administration for its energy policies, telling Fox News that their work on [Enbridge] Line 5 is "just one more example of being divorced from reality." . . ."They're planning to power an industrial nation like the United States on solar panels and wind turbines," Hayes said, while noting that even the solar panels and wind turbines require "oil, natural gas, nuclear and even coal" to be produced.

"I hope it doesn't end like this, but where I see it going is unfortunately the same thing that happened in February in Texas: People freezing in their homes," he said.

"Vice President Kamala Harris asked NASA if it could use its satellites to track trees “by race” in various neighborhoods as part of “environmental justice” during a recent display on climate change, leading many to ridicule the vice president online and even giving rise to a “Black Trees Matter” hashtag."

SNL’s Cecily Strong Attacks Texas Heartbeat Law in Depressing ‘Clown Abortion’ Skit

"Here’s my truth. I know I wouldn’t be a clown on TV here today if it weren’t for the abortion I had the day before my 23rd birthday,” Strong’s character said during a “Weekend Update” segment, suggesting that women are better off terminating the lives of their own unborn children so that they can go on to play the role of a clown later on in life."

As someone said, Saturday Night Live has officially jumped the shark.  You can see the video of the entire skit at the link.

That will absolutely devastate Canada. If Alberta can't export its oil then Canada will become an economic basket case. All part of the plan, sadly.

If black trees matter, there are a lot of them now in California.
