But there’s no trucks to transport the goods away as there’s a shortage of drivers so they wait out at sea. Once they do unload, many ships are loaded up with raw materials to transport to other countries so they can make the plastic and aluminum products/cans. Without raw materials, factories aren’t able to either manufacture their product and/or put their product in a container (ie, canned fruits and veggie manufacturers cannot obtain cans) so the circle goes on and on.
