Tomorrow is Christmas Eve!  Will it be the night before the rapture?!  Certainly hope so.  Even a springtime rapture at this point doesn't seem plausible as evil circulates unabated!  Truly it must be considered that the last of the harvest of souls is occurring as well!  That said, the question remains, how large must the bride be?!  Is God shooting for and waiting for a specific number of souls?  Or is His omniscience of the final compliment of souls enough?  Indeed knowing the Lord's efforts don't end with the rapture and that a huge harvest is also planned during the tribulation period, it seems that a designated number constituting the Bride seems a mute point!  Ergo, it truly can be closer and more near the midnight hour!  What say ye?!!!  Does the size of the Bride really matter!?  Will not souls still be saved and brought into Heaven?!  TR

Personally, I never bought into the idea that God was waiting for the last soul to be saved.  As you say TR, many people will realize what happened after the rapture event.  Then they will fall on their knees and repent.  Those people will be saved, but at great cost.

God has a date set already, probably from the beginning of time.  We just don't know when it is.

So a bit of Jewish trivia as we watch and wait …..

Per the Hebrew Calendar this year is 5783 (217 years off from being at a complete 6000 year old earth or 6 days of creation)

This Shabbat is Shabbat Mevarchim (“the Shabbat that blesses" the new month): a special prayer is recited blessing the Rosh Chodesh ("Head of the Month") of the upcoming month of Adar II, which will take place on Sunday and Monday. Prior to the blessing, we announce the precise time of the molad, the "birth" of the new moon.

The moon is in conjunction with Venus today. 12/27 is a meteor shower.

Hanakkah ends Sunday/Monday 12/25-26
