Nothing is ever done to stop them. They just keep moving to different areas. I don't think the news even bothers to report on them anymore. It's what some young people do for fun. Although a guy said the one in the video was in the middle of a freeway?! And, they added a smash and grab at the 7-11. Just chaos! Lawlessness for sure! 🙁
