Viral videos and photographs show that Russia has stationed missile defense systems on several Moscow building rooftops. Taking note of some of the photos, The Drive writes that the "Russian military appears to have emplaced Pantsir air defense systems on top of at least two different government buildings in Moscow, including the Ministry of Defense's headquarters." The head of the Russian Orthodox Church has warned that any attempt to “destroy Russia” by “madmen” trying to impose their values will lead to “the end of the world.” Outspoken former Russian president and current deputy chairman of the security council Dmitry Medvedev has issued his latest stark warning to the West on Thursday, saying that if Russia is on the brink of defeat, nuclear war is likely to follow. He made the comments in a post on the Telegram messaging app. “The defeat of a nuclear power in a conventional war may trigger a nuclear war,” he began. Following the report on the placement of air defense systems at the Al-Jarrah military field in Aleppo, a joint Russian-Syrian ceremony was held yesterday in which the field was inaugurated after renovation and upgrading of its infrastructure and military equipment. According to Syrian sources, it will be used by both Syrian and Russian air forces and Russian forces are expected to stay there. 😉 Syrian sources affiliated with the regime claim that the Russian air defense systems stationed in this field will be used to stop attacks by the Israeli Air Force in the Aleppo area (for example against the Center for Scientific Research and against weapons that the Iranians transfer through the international airfield in Aleppo). The West knows that the next two weeks can determine the future of the entire war. Both sides are preparing for a major move. Whoever has enough weapons and soldiers on the ground to hold the lines will be the victor.
So far the Ukrainians are losing ground on both the east (Donbas) and the south (Zaporizhzhia) fronts.
