Wouldn’t satan be jealous of having someone else get the glory and not him? And are you saying the false prophet doesn’t come on the scene until mid point? Then what happens the first 3 1/2 years??? I recall years ago some prophecy teachers (including Jack Van Impee) that thought “the beast” was the mega computer system … since it will be computing the names and numbers of the people left behind. And I think he has a valid point because …. America's central computer system is called “the beast” and the U.S. presidential vehicle is called “the beast”. I’m a firm believer many of the chapters in revelation overlap in various places … John couldn’t write all the details of what he saw in one chapter.
