God tends to use what he will to get your attention, demonstrate your powerlessness and his might. I believe this virus is that, a wake up tool allowed by God to get attention showing our inability to cure.
Earthquakes, weather, famine, locust, and plague is now front and center.
You are right TR, they can run but they can not hide from Gods judgements that will be unleashed once we are gone. It’s more logical to trust Him to remove you from the wrath to come by faith in him. :prayer-hands:

With the Stock market dropping 1800 points in 2 days you have to ask whats next?

I've long proposed that its the financial collapse that will bring on the Anti Christ. If the coronavirus jumps into next year. I think the global economy is finished and the rapture is near.

I cant wait.

Stock up on tracts you might need some. After 9/11 people were a lot more open than normal about spiritual things.

Good suggestion. :good:   Here is an idea too ... I was in a group discussion with some on-line friends ... they feel compelled to do left behind bug out kits - with survival things - over the counter medicine like aspirins, vitamins, bandaids, etc. granola bars, candy bars, nuts in fun size bags, Lance brand packaged crackers with peanut butter or with cheese. Bottled water, flash lights, paper, pen, etc.  they want to include a left behind letter explaining what happened and what to expect with a Bible Tract.  And to have these bags ready all over in their home.

I was thinking of leaving a few Bible tracts in the food pantry and taping them to the can goods, placing some in the vitamin cabinet, the bathroom medicine cabinets, etc.  and finding all the Bibles (I still have my parent’s Bibles ... 8 still in boxes) and will put them out on tables for easy access and will put Bible tracks in them.

I believe it’s a good witness to leave tracks, Bibles, and some “bug out” supplies for those left behind. We had a thread of this once last year. If my home is ransacked after I’m gone, there will be small items tucked everywhere to help whoever needs it. I have a dear friend, that when they built their home, she wrote scripture on the studs, left laminated scripture throughout, for when whoever finds the remains might have a witness.  Even if money is tight, you can place paper notes in drawers, under mattresses, etc...  I have a letter in my car, office, bag, home that explains why I’m not here and a gospel witness. It’s a sound idea folks! We’re gone but a testimony remains. :prayer-hands:

Tammie, your dear friend that wrote Scripture on the studs of her house ... I immediately thought of this miracle and testimony that occurred on Feb 2nd ... a house fire in Louisiana - all 7 people made it out alive with no injuries!

Fire destroys house, stops at scriptures written on studs

By Matt Houston and Mykal Vincent | February 3, 2020

LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (WAFB) - Except for several wall studs where Bible scriptures are written, a fire completely destroyed a home off Lobell Road in Livingston Parish Sunday night.

The fire started around 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2 and burned until midnight. Seven people were home at the time of the fire, according to the family, and each made it out alive and unharmed.

“We just shut the door and ran,” 16-year-old resident Rebecka Lovett said. “We think of everything we lost and can’t really replace it. But we’ll get there eventually.”

The home was a total loss. At least one pet, a bird, died in the fire. The family is spending their Monday searching for a number of other pets, including kittens and dogs, that might have made it out of the home before the roof collapsed.

Investigators have not determined how the fire began, but the Lovett family says it believes the fire was electrical. Rebecka’s mother and father say they heard popping in the garage and found the entire area engulfed when they investigated.

Soon after the family escaped the home, at least one propane tank, several guns, and a motorcycle exploded in the garage.

“The kids were jumping over fire and running through smoke, trying to get animals out of the house,” Rebecka’s aunt Kacey Chaisson, who was not in the home, said. Chaisson spoke on behalf of the family Monday.

The Lovetts asked friends and other family members to write Bible verses on the wall studs to “bless” their home before its completion in 2017. Between 60 and 80 verses are scribbled on the bare wood, including some written by family members who have since passed.

“My grandparents were praying people,” Chaisson said. “The fire spread up through the attic and those studs that are standing there with the scriptures may very well have saved their lives by giving them enough time for all seven people to get out of the house unharmed.”

Livingston Parish Fire Protection District #2 posted a series of photos to Facebook. “What caught our eyes was that the homeowners had written scriptures on wall studs through the house. The fire stopped at the scriptures!!”  “Nothing else matters if we don’t have our family,” Chaisson said. “The fact that they’re all standing here safe and sound is just a miracle. That’s all there is to it.”

The Lovett family is staying in a local hotel until they can find a more permanent living situation.

“This gave me goosebumps,” one Facebook user said in the comments.

OK ... putting on my tin foil hat once more.

70 Chinese infected with the virus were placed in this 80 room hotel building ... and ... the building collapsed.  Convenient?  or Coincidence from a shoddy job since they pride themselves they can put up a building in just ... 10 days?

700 rescue workers are on the scene ... are they going to be infected now?  B-)

Hotel collapse traps 70 in eastern China

AFP - March 7, 2020

Around 70 people were trapped after the collapse of a hotel used as a coronavirus quarantine facility in eastern China on Saturday evening, officials said.

At least 38 people have so far been rescued from the rubble of the 80-room Xinjia hotel in coastal Quanzhou city, said the local government.

Footage circulating on microblogging platform Weibo showed rescue workers combing through the building's wreckage in the dark and reassuring a woman trapped under heavy debris as other wounded victims were carried into ambulances.

The hotel's facade appeared to have crumbled into the ground, exposing the building's steel frame, and a crowd had gathered around the area as the evening wore on.

Officials have yet to confirm whether anyone died in the accident.

Quanzhou authorities said over 700 rescue workers had been deployed to the scene along with ambulances, excavators and cranes.

Representatives from Beijing are also en route to Quanzhou to assist in relief efforts, Xinhua news agency reported.

Quanzhou has recorded 47 cases of the COVID-19 infection and the hotel, which opened just two years ago, was recently repurposed to house people who had been in recent contact with confirmed patients, the People's Daily state newspaper reported.

China is no stranger to building collapses and deadly construction accidents, which are typically blamed on the country's rapid growth leading to corner-cutting by builders and the widespread flouting of safety rules.

At least 20 people died in 2016 when a series of crudely-constructed multi-storey buildings packed with migrant workers collapsed in the eastern city of Wenzhou.

Another 10 were killed last year in Shanghai after the collapse of a commercial building during renovations.

From many of my research readings and multiple webinars with health departments, CDC, and WHO, plus our corporate calls, there is a tremendous amount of under reporting. Information is slowly being given out, but not enough to “alarm” folks. China’s numbers are down because they are now shooting persons of “interest” or placing them in falling down buildings. Iran’s numbers are climbing, it has not been reported. The ones in the US are very under reported currently but within two weeks you will see higher numbers. It is very wonderful to know we have an awesome God, fully in charge of the global events. :prayer-hands:
