Hello siblings, I just got off the phone with a lady from Action4Canada I told her attorneys that I spoke to from Legal Shield said employers can mandate the vax. She said that is not true. I told her about the lawyer who went on a rant about how you can't do anything without a vax anymore in Canada, no job, can't get on a train or airplane and the courts will back it up I told her I hung up on him. She said: good for you! She said there is coercion going on, not just for the medical profession but other professions. When I told her I did what an attorney at legal shield told me and did not submit Notice of Liability but just a letter stating that I will take legal action. She said: no, you should have submitted a notice of liability. My unpaid leave of absence starts on Dec. 31, 2021. She said the next day they open, I serve them a Notice of Liability in person. She said to go with someone else, record a video of the exchange on my phone. If I can't do that, write date and time and to whom I gave it. she said give it to other mangers too. She said they filed a lawsuit against Trudeau, Dr. Tam and others, basically telling them to get their hands off the children.
