So the million dollar question … when is the rapture?

Where is my line in the sand?  As in, If we're still here after then, I'll do this.  Referring, of course, to starting another graphgan, not something silly like housework.

The difference between the king James and the Amplified is night and day. The Amplified changes the emphasis from US to They, as in someone else in an abstract.

I have a New King James and I study every morning with Les Feldick, he uses King James and I'm always writing in the KJV particular word next to my NKJV word, like 'OF' from 'BY'.

Galatians 4:9 is where that difference is. There are small differences but sometimes more pronounced.

KJ
But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known [of] God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

NKJ
But now after you have known God, or rather are known [by] God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?

I stopped watching Les Feldick when he said with snarky confidence there will be no pets in heaven.  😕  He got that wrong so I couldn’t watch any more of his televised Bible “studies” from that point on.  I wrote him off :mail:  :negative: and placed him on the good riddance list

I can understand that. He might not think our own pets will be there, but he believes we will have pets.

I may not always agree 100% with everything with various people that I watch & listen to, but I don't just throw them out with the bath water when I do. Unless it's something big.

What doctorial items do you disagree with besides pets? Anything big?

The first trump, meaning God's trumpet, was blown 3 months after Israel left Egypt. The time frame was Feast of Pentecost, God blew his trumpet and the people trembled. It was a sound not heard by people before. God's plan was to give the people his law. It was one of God's appointed times.

The last trump will be during Feast of Trumpets, another appointed time. People alive today have never heard that sound before, they will likely be trembling too. It's very sad that the Church isn't more aware, but the lack of awareness is mentioned in the Bible also. The church's safety has nothing to do with the knowledge of people and everything to do with the knowledge of God. People will be different after they are changed, in the twinkling of the eye.

LOL … well that is not comforting … “having pets but not the same ones we were stewards over in the church age?”   And he never said that about having some type of pets replacing the ones we knew and loved when I was watching his program.  He was very snarky and enjoyed seeing people upset and crying in his Bible study.  He must of gotten much flak for that and toned down his “belief” to later include we will have different pets.    It’s not like I watched him every week … only when nothing else was interesting.  The reason I was so sensitive to what he said, at this point  I already lost 3 close loved ones and was all alone so to hear him say nope you will never see any of your pets ever again … just didn’t sit well with me.  I have every right to change the channel and not wish to view his “teachings” any longer. So glad I didn’t because …

From googling warnings against Les Feldick teachings … there is some serious things about him. Here are some red flags

Les Feldick promoted hyperdispensationalism.  He taught “two Gospel” heresy … different Gospels for different people.  He was a Paul worshipper and said Paul only had the Gospel message and a person can’t be saved thru reading the 4 Gospels (Matt, Mark, Luke or John).  John 3:16 was null and void for salvation. 😳

He also embraced Catholic Reformation

Here is a warning from another source
Les Feldick has been called a heretic include his statements that contradict the Bible and his supposed incorrect interpretations of Biblical events. Feldick's controversial teachings include that God flooded the earth twice, that Adam fell from fear of losing Eve, and that repentance isn't necessary for salvation.

I get a lot from watching him. you can find something negative about anyone if you look hard enough. Of course, you can turn the channel, no worries. I could argue many of those points, but I won't.
