Can Donald Trump be elected president if he is indicted? Here is the answer:

What happens to the 2024 race and to Trump's ability to participate if he ends up criminally indicted?

The short answer, not much would happen. There are no restrictions in the US Constitution that prevent anyone who has been indicted or convicted of a crime, or is even serving time, from running for, or winning the presidency.

If Trump were unable to avoid this outcome, it would almost certainly lead to his impeachment or impeachment via the 25th Amendment. There are many duties and trappings of the presidency that would simply be impossible to operate or perform from a prison cell, viewing classified materials by name only.

Musk Blasts Biden After Prez Lies Twice About '3% Billionaire Tax':

On Saturday, President Biden's social media galaxy brains tweeted out a twice-corrected lie, quoting the president telling said lie, that billionaires are getting away with paying just 3% of their average earnings in taxes.

"You know the average tax billionaires pay?  THREE PERCENT.  No billionaire should be paying a lower tax than somebody working as a schoolteacher or firefighter," reads the erroneous tweet.

To which Musk replied: "I paid 53% taxes on my Tesla stock options (40% Federal & 13% state), so I must be lifting the average!"  "I also paid more income tax than anyone ever in the history of Earth for 2021 and will do that again in 2022."

Politifact found that the 25 highest-earning billionaires are paying around 16% in federal taxes, while most teachers and firefighters pay between zero and 15%.

I don’t understand why they are afraid of Trump?  The cabal stole the election from him and they can do so again.  They have destroyed our food supply and manufacturing facilities, currently destroying our farm land and water supply and the transportation system via railways.  They are about to steal our money by collapsing the banks and stock market and have been giving away our military equipment so we are sitting ducks left defenseless against an attack from Russia, China, North Korea, Iran …

Even if Trump did win in 2024 … he can’t reverse things … its too late.  The WEF achieved their goal and got their wish.

Praise God we have the Blessed Hope (the GREAT ESCAPE from planet earth) and they can’t rob us of that!

Indictment Backfire: Poll Shows Majority of Americans Think Charges Will Either Help Trump or Have No Effect:

A whopping 74 percent of Americans believe that an indictment of Trump either helps him or will have no effect on his presidential campaign — 37.5 percent said it will not affect him and 36.8 percent said it will help him. Only 25.7 percent of voters surveyed think it will hurt his presidential campaign.

“It’s obvious to the majority of Americans that former President Trump is being hounded by a politically motivated witch hunt designed to discredit him in order to render him a permanent pariah in American politics,” Mark Meckler, the president of Convention of States, said. “This tactic has never worked, and these early numbers already reveal it’s going to backfire. Voters either think his indictment and arrest will either have absolutely no impact on his 2024 bid, or that it will even boost his campaign.”

Ron DeSantis Signs School Choice Legislation, Expanding It to ‘Every Single Student’ in Florida:

“But at the end of the day, we believe that the money should follow the student and it should be directed based on what the parent thinks is the most appropriate education program for their child.”

“So this bill is a major game changer,” he continued, asserting that Florida is leading the country in terms of educational choice.

Jon Stewart notes alarming fact about how Congress works behind closed doors: 'Like an assisted-living facility':

Comedian Jon Stewart compared the United States Senate to an "assisted living facility" on Sunday, highlighting the alarming way in which Congress functions behind closed doors.

Stewart has spent an extensive amount of time on Capitol Hill advocating for veterans and 9/11 first responders; thus he has seen personally how the legislative process works.

While lawmakers get the accolades and spotlight, Stewart told CNN host Fareed Zakaria that lawmakers are like "wind-up dolls" whose staffers are responsible for keeping Congress functional.  "Our country is held together by hundreds of really talented legislative aides. Their bosses, many times, are wind-up dolls who really don't know, I mean, half of it," Stewart added. "If you go down there — especially the Senate is like an assisted-living facility."

"It's held together by these legislative aides that are relentlessly trying to do the right thing, and by the thousands of grassroots activists that are trying to get access and they're blocked by a moat of lobbyists and moneyed interests that prevent the people in [Congress] from doing the work that best benefits all the people outside of that building. And that's the process," he explained.

Stewart said. "What I'm saying is that force field around it is made up of not honest brokers. It's moneyed interests. It's lobbyists."

EXCLUSIVE: BPro-Knowink Election Software Found Across the Country Is Connected to the Internet, Not Certified and It’s Able to Backdate Election Records:

This report was developed by election experts in New Mexico and Hawaii with special recognition to Attorney David Clements and his wife Erin.

BPro-Knowink election software is being implemented across the country and yet it is connected to the Internet, it’s not certified, likely not audited, and now we know it can backdate records as well.

On March 13th The Gateway Pundit revealed that the entire election system in New Mexico is vulnerable to manipulation by an uncertified, custom piece of software called SERVIS (TotalVote).

In elections, clear identification of the various software creators, software types, and hardware manufacturers appear to be blurred by design, leaving a corporate labyrinth for independent auditors to navigate.   SERVIS is a custom version of the TotalVote software provided by BPro.  And BPro was recently purchased by KnowINK.  Between the two companies, their shared software can be found in 36 states across the country.

The SERVIS program in New Mexico handles election management, election night reporting, and voter registration.  The obvious problem with the growing BPro/KnowINK enterprise is that having one piece of software running all parts of both the registration and election system creates massive vulnerability at a nation-state level in the entire system from top to bottom.

And the kicker – none of Knowink-BPro’s software is Election Assistance Commission (EAC) certified that we can determine – meaning there is no oversight over this software whatsoever.

As this story develops, we are learning that New Mexico is just the tip of the iceberg.

It is the only software system that encompasses the entire election process into one system.” TotalVote is internet-connected and in the case of at least one state – the software itself is hosted on the Amazon Azure Cloud.  Other companies have very similar software, such as Tenex.

Election experts working on Hawaii’s voter registration data decoded the UUIDs and compared the results with the official registration dates stored in the database. The team found that more than 75,000 registrations have an official registration date that is older than the date of the creation of the UUID – meaning these registrations were backdated when compared with the time the UUID was created. All the backdated entries were created using a MAC address that resolves to a single VMware instance.

The same behavior has been noted in Florida and Missouri.

A grand jury in New York has indicted former President Donald Trump, according to emerging reports:

“A Manhattan grand jury voted to indict Donald J. Trump on Thursday for his role in paying hush money to a porn star, according to four people with knowledge of the matter, a historic development that will shake up the 2024 presidential race and forever mark him as the nation’s first former president to face criminal charges,” the New York Times reported on Thursday evening.

Trump, reacting to the news, bashed the decision as “Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history.”

“From the time I came down the golden escalator at Trump Tower, and even before I was sworn in as your President of the United States, the Radical Left Democrats – the enemy of the hard-working men and women of this Country – have been engaged in a Witch-Hunt to destroy the Make America Great Again movement,” Trump said in a statement responding to the news he has been indicted. “You remember it just like I do: Russia, Russia, Russia; the Mueller Hoax; Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine; Impeachment Hoax 1; Impeachment Hoax 2; the illegal and unconstitutional Mar-a-Lago raid; and now this. The Democrats have lied, cheated and stolen in their obsession with trying to ‘Get Trump,’ but now they’ve done the unthinkable – indicting a completely innocent person in an act of blatant Election Interference. Never before in our Nation’s history has this been done. The Democrats have cheated countless times over the decades, including spying on my campaign, but weaponizing our justice system to punish a political opponent, who just so happens to be a President of the United States and by far the leading Republican candidate for President, has never happened before. Ever. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, who was hand-picked and funded by George Soros, is a disgrace. Rather than stopping the unprecedented crime wave taking over New York City, he’s doing Joe Biden’s dirty work, ignoring the murders and burglaries and assaults he should be focused on. This is how Bragg spends his time!”

Trump added that he believes this will “backfire” on Democrat President Joe Biden, who Trump aims to defeat in next year’s general election assuming he can win the GOP nomination again.
