Biden Economy: Pending Home Sales Drop 38% – Largest Annual Drop Ever!: Pending sales fell in all four regions in the month, led by the Northeast and Midwest. Pending home sales have reached the lowest point on record. Not even the 2020 forced COVID shutdowns were worse. This is the Biden economy and it appears to be an intentional destruction of the United States of America. Wake Up America: The End Of Free Elections Is In Sight!: This week, Leftists and RINOs admitted, under oath, they changed the print settings, on election morning, so Republican votes would not be tabulated, on the one day most Republicans vote – and the Maricopa County judge said: “…it wasn’t intentional.” A Republican governor candidate who easily won by multiple points, was denied her rightful election. Several million Arizona voters were disenfranchised. Not a word from Republican leaders! This week, the Governor of Minnesota took the lead by planning to register, automatically, teenagers not old enough to vote. On election day, there will be tens of thousands of names, with little history, who can be voted by election commissions when needed. Democrats are proposing laws making it a felony to question an election. Of course, they are! Election commissions regularly add to election rolls, automatically, every person using any state service – even if that person has not requested to be an elector. Your illegal migrant, getting welfare or a driver’s license can be automatically added to the state rolls. What could go wrong? While this is happening, hapless Republicans claim to have found the secret to election victory – get better at ballot harvesting or gathering. This is the Republican Party that should provide pushback against industrial scale, sovereign, voter fraud. Unfortunately, they see the problem of floating ballots, they do not see, or do not choose to see, the problem of ever-expanding voter rolls with people who never chose to vote. Working with Mike Lindell, we currently run the voter rolls for a dozen states and have the data for several more. In every case, the number of “voter registration anomalies” is from 5% to 18% of the voter roll. A voter anomaly? Try the 41 voters registered in a hotel in Missouri. How about the registered voters in the Harris County, Texas prison? Examples are so numerous we have a website www.Omega4America.com to cover them. When most, probably all, states have a float of anomalous voters from 5% to almost 20%, an election commission can control the election outcome for any close election. Elections are mostly close today. We find “sleepers.” These are the silent voters who never voted before – even though they are on election rolls for a decade – but when needed they jump to life and vote. After the 2020 election, several states ran the query: show all voters, on the voter rolls 4 years or more, who never voted, yet voted in 2020. The response, delivered with Fractal technology, was in the hundreds of thousands. Nobody claims these were fraudulent. Neither can anyone claim they were all valid – particularly since so many lived in hotels, churches, prisons and scores of other addresses which cannot house a valid voter. This happened in every swing state. The one constant: they never win elections for a Republican. I personally showed dozens of registered voters, each over 1,900 years old, to the Secretary of State of a red state, and he saw no problem. We showed, with a single click, thousands of registered voters living in clearly invalid addresses – hotels, laundromats, prisons, flower shops and a Mongolian restaurant. Let’s see how many counties want to tax that Mongolian restaurant as a residence since their voter registration rolls show 20 voters live there? OUT WITH A WHIMPER: Disbanding Jan 6th Panel Drops President Trump Subpoena – Trump Responds: The Jan 6th panel is disbanding. They announced they are dropping their subpoena of Donald Trump. Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson sent a letter to Trump’s attorney stating “therefore, through this letter, I hereby formally withdraw the subpoena issued to former President Trump, and notify you that he is no longer obligated to comply or produce records in response to said subpoena.” In a Truth Social post, Donald Trump said they probably withdrew the subpoena because they knew he did nothing wrong or were going to lose in court. Truth Social: Was just advised that the Unselect Committee of political Thugs has withdrawn the Subpoena of me concerning the January 6th Protest of the CROOKED 2020 Presidential Election. They probably did so because they knew I did nothing wrong, or they were about to lose in Court. Perhaps the FBI’s involvement in RIGGING the Election played into their decision. In any event, the Subpoena is DEAD! Despite dropping the subpoena, the Jan 6th panel referred Trump for criminal charges. Trump wins again! It seems they have drawn out and played their part and are only stepping aside so that the next barrage can be leveled against Trump, as planned. Which appears to be using every means possible to stop him from running again for President. Democrats Release Trump’s Tax Returns Before Losing Power; Millions Paid, Millions Lost: Democrats in control of the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee released six years of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns on Friday, an unprecedented intrusion that revealed nothing in particular. The release marked the first time Congress had ever obtained and published the tax returns of any individual. Democrats speculated that Trump must have been hiding something, and fantasized about what his returns might show. But when MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow published a 2005 tax return showing he paid $38 million in income taxes, she was widely mocked. As Breitbart News reported: The Times story, if based on authentic documents, appears to debunk several conspiracy theories held by Democrats for years. The tax returns do not have “any previously unreported connections to Russia,” the Times reports. Moreover, the Times story appears to confirm Trump’s claim — long treated as an excuse by Democrats — that he is under audit by the IRS. The six years of newly-released returns, covering the years 2015 through 2020, show that Trump paid a total of $4.4 million in federal income taxes over that period, with an adjusted gross income of -$53.2 million. “The Trumps paid some form of federal taxes every year, but they reported income-tax liability of $750 or less in three of the six years,” the Wall Street Journal noted. Democrats point to some potential problems. They claim that Trump’s tax returns as president were not properly audited by the IRS (a claim the IRS disputes). They also complained about charitable deductions and whether loans to his children should have been taxed as income. However, there appeared to be few bombshells. In a statement on Truth Social, his social media platform, the former president said the returns showed “how proudly successful I have been” and warned that “the Democrats should never have done it.” Republicans echoed the latter sentiment, saying the release of the tax returns seemed to have a purely political motive, and opened the door for Republicans to do the same in future. Note: Trump did not take a salary when he was president. In 2022, Biden took America into the basement and the $1.7 trillion package just signed hasn’t been factored in yet. “This is what Joe Biden has done to this country.” California’s Crazy New Year: Five Radical Laws Go into Effect (One on Hold): Here are the five most radical new laws — plus one that is currently on hold in the courts — taking place on New Year’s Day in the Golden State, with little effective opposition from a shrinking Republican legislative minority: 1. SB 107: ‘Sanctuary State’ for ‘Transgender Kids’ – This law, signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) in September, protects the use of drugs or surgery to provide so-called “gender-affirming care” to children from other states where the use of such treatments is restricted or criminalized. It prohibits doctors from releasing information to other states, and prohibits California courts from interfering in child custody over such treatments. 2. AB 2098: ‘COVID Misinformation’ – This law, signed in September, requires California’s medical licensing boards to take disciplinary action against doctors who are involved with the “dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or ‘COVID-19’.” The law does not take into account the fact that authorities like Dr. Anthony Fauci changed their recommendations over time. 3. AB 2147: Decriminalizing Jaywalking Because of Racism – This law, called the “Freedom to Walk Act,” presumes that jaywalking is a racist crime because it is supposedly enforced unevenly — by the nation’s most left-wing state — in “communities of color” where people supposedly cannot afford to pay the fines. The law prevents police from stopping people who are crossing the street illegally unless they are in danger. 4. SB 1375: Allowing Nurses to Perform Abortions Without Doctors – This law attempts to expand access to abortion by allowing qualified nurses to perform certain abortion procedures in the first trimester of pregnancy without the supervision of a doctor. This new law will take effect alongside a new provision in the California constitution, passed by a referendum in 2022, guaranteeing the right to abortion and contraception. 5. SB 357: Decriminalizing Loitering for Prostitution – This law, another by State Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), decriminalizes loitering in public for the purpose of committing prostitution (which remains a crime). It also allows those convicted of such loitering to petition courts for the dismissal and sealing of their cases. The law aims to remove the social stigma of sex work; it also comes amid a statewide crime wave. On hold: AB 257: State Control of Fast Food Restaurants – As reported last year by Breitbart News, this law “creates a ten-member politburo, known as the Fast Food Council, which would serve for ten years” and would set wages and working conditions for the fast food industry. It has been suspended by the courts, after a coalition of restaurants that collected petition signatures law sued to block it until a referendum can be held. Newsom has signed several other radical laws that go into effect in future years. He is currently thought to be mulling a run for president, and is establishing a national reputation as a left-wing leader on cultural issues. Seems like a striking difference that CA on the pacific coast of our Nation, has and is inviting domineering controlling darkness over the People in the land. FL on the Atlantic coast of our Nation on the other hand, has and is inviting and giving life and freedom to the People in the land!
