Every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know every bird in the mountains, and the creatures of the field are mine. Ps 50 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God...because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God...For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now...even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. Ro 8 In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field and the birds of the air and the creatures that move along the ground. Bow and sword and battle I will abolish from the land, so that all may lie down in safety. Hos 2 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together...The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox...Is. 11 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, "Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sits upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever." Rev 5

The relationships that Adam had with the animals is beyond our imagination. Everything in harmony. Restoration Day is coming soon. Our friendships with our pets is just a foretaste and glimpse of what’s to come with the animal world.

You have to think about how wonderful our God is to have created the neat creatures that are our pets. It’s definitely another reflection of Him.

I have some doubts I will ever be best friends with the snakes.  I reckon they will no longer be slithering on their stomachs and will have the use of their limbs again. But still …. 🫤   Same with the gators.

Looking forward to up close and personal moments with the bear cubs, deer, the leopard, tiger (all big cats) and the lion.

Will the skunk no longer have their unique “smell” and the porcupine be missing their quills?  Will there still be a need to have rats, mice and cockroaches?

I wonder if the kangaroos will be teaching kickboxing classes just for fun?

Will the geckos be driving little sports cars? B-)

Probably on the geckos.  We won't need insurance any more, so the Geico one would need a new line of work.

It would be cool if we can converse with our animal friends like Baalam did with the donkey only without the drama.

I have allergies so no animals in the house. We had outside dogs over the years and even had a Mama cat that lived under the back porch when the kids were little.  She would proudly bring me mice she caught and I gave her special treats.  The kids loved her.

Now I watch and feed the butterflies, hummingbirds and the flocks of birds that come to visit.  When hubby plays the piano there are some birds that perch right outside the window and listen.
