Nice! :good:    Recipe # 811 …  do they actually have THAT many chocolate flavor selections to choose from?  Or have they been in business for many many years and kept changing the number?

i get it through Vanilla Food Company in Canada. they have great vanillas and other items. looking at their site is sort of like going through the old Sears Christmas Catalog Wish Book only for baking things

does Sees use this chocolate? its good

Yes, Joan.  Sees!  I especially like to go into the Sees store and get a few of their Truffles!!!!

Anyway, when coming close to any item of chocolate, SEIZE it!!

(Sadly back then when I was a teenager, eating chocolate generally led to "see zit.")

Cool … a Bakers Dream Delight Wish book.  I’m sure they also sell every variety of candy sprinkles under the sun? B-)

When you do the homemade chocolate covered cherries … are you using a jar of Maraschino cherries?   The only fruit I used so far are fresh strawberries … but I noticed the other fruits covered in chocolate seem to be fresh pineapple, Kiwi, etc. vs. can fruit.
