I am watching the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey Indy race and the opening invocation was not only to God but in Jesus name! Praise God that there are some sports in this country that allow honor to Jesus! And this is in California!!! WOW, that must of been nice to see! Were the stands packed. I’m so surprised they televised that part and didn’t go for a commercial break. Yes, spectators were everywhere! It was awesome! I remember seeing Bible Tracts back in the early 2000 … of a few Born Again pro race car drivers. I’m sure they must not of been shy about their faith and made an impact in the race car community and this is the results. :yes: Yeah, auto racing gets you a bit closer to the edge than most other sports. I've seen some of the most horrific accidents where the driver walks away and I've seen relatively benign accidents where the driver was killed. I do not know what percentage of drivers are Christian but I'd imagine the percentages are pretty good.
