MemberAmir’s Bible Bites Devotionals that comes to my e-mail:
The Bible says, “So Paul departed from among them, but some men joined him and believed, and among them, one of those 30, Dionysius the Areopagite and a woman called Damaris and others with them.” I want to tell you something. Everywhere you go and preach the gospel, most likely, the majority will reject it. But there will always be those who will hear, take heed, accept, and follow. And for the sake of those, you need to preach to everyone. You just never know. Go to your office, go to your school, go to your family members, you’re going to preach the gospel to them. Ninety percent may reject it. But for the 10%, you’re sent to the whole 100 in order for them, A, to not have any more excuse, and, also, in order for them to have a chance to respond to the gospel. All of you know that you’re minorities in your family, in your working place, in your schools. You are a minority. I always tell people, “You will never, ever be the majority.” The only time believers will be the majority is when they will be the only ones, and that’s when? When God will make all things new – new Heavens and new Earth. Even throughout the 1,000-year Millennial Kingdom, the believers will not be the majority. It’s very interesting to see that.
As sad of a reality that is, the truth is that most people today are not interested in hearing the gospel. What makes this even worse is that some in the church have decided that changing the message is the way to increase interest and receptivity to what we are saying. Many churches have adopted the philosophy of presenting themselves as an “affirming church,” meaning they recognize all sexual preferences as acceptable. Others have adopted the method of presenting a message of self-improvement and prosperity “if” you come to know Christ.
Paul tells the church at Galatia that there is no other gospel, and changing the gospel only leads to being accursed. This is the danger of the aforementioned practices in much of the church today. If you sow a gospel that is not the true gospel, you have changed not only the seed, but the fruit of the seed as well, meaning the outcome of the message.
. . . . in the last days when churches are teaching fables instead of gospel facts, those who speak the truth and sow the true gospel seeds are not going to be well received nor is their message.
Do we then change the message to something more acceptable? To use one of Paul’s favored responses, “Certainly not!” Preach the Word, dear friends, even though it is not popular. Because some of those gospel seeds are going to land on good soil, and, remember, saving faith comes by hearing the word of God, not by fables.
Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus.

MemberNBC Quietly Changes “Man Dies After Hitting Head” Headline on Death of Elderly Jewish Man by Pro-Palestine Protestor:
On Monday, an elderly Jewish man, 65-year-old Paul Kessler, succumbed to injuries sustained at a pro-Palestinian protest over the weekend after he was hit in the head by a pro-Palestinian protester.
Despite the extensive media reports about the deadly incident, NBC News’ headline is classic Mainstream Media gaslighting. The original headline read, “Man dies after hitting head during Israel and Palestinian rallies in California, officials say.”
Keller did not just “hit his head.” He was attacked by a pro-Palestine protestor and assaulted with a megaphone.
The vicious blow caused Keller to fall to the ground where suffered an additional blow to the head, compounding his injuries.
. . . .The statement added that the “Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be blunt force head injury and the manner of death homicide.”
Mr. Keller died from homicide, not from “hitting his head” in a passive fall.

MemberGoogle’s Green Dream Goes Downhill — Google’s 100% Electric Bus Loses Power, Causes Mayhem on San Francisco Slope:
Google’s ambitious dive into the world of electric transportation faced an unexpected roadblock… or rather, a hill.
According to World Peace Exclusive, the tech’s lauded “100% Electric Bus” took on San Francisco’s iconic hilly terrain, only to lose power midway up, roll backward, and turn into a four-wheeled pinball, colliding with reportedly a total of nine vehicles on its unintended descent.
The electric behemoth is part of Google’s fleet of approximately 140 luxury buses, primarily used to transport Google’s employees from various parts of San Francisco, the East Bay and other Bay Area locations to the firm’s Mountain View headquarters.
However, the recent accident involving the electric bus in San Francisco indicates that Google’s ambitious eco-friendly initiatives may have a few bumps — or rather, a few rolls — to iron out. The incident shone a light on the potential issues of powering large vehicles up the city’s famously steep hills.
As the bus lost power, it began to roll backward, creating a path of mild destruction by colliding with nine vehicles on its way down, according to World Peace Exclusive.
Google has made no official comment on the incident, and no information is currently available at this time.

MemberGet ready for another 50-year abortion fight:
Following the Supreme Court’s decision last year in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which happily overturned Roe v. Wade, the pro-life movement went on to suffer significant defeats in six different ballot initiatives to regulate abortion — even in deep red states like Kansas and Montana.
On Tuesday, Ohio became the seventh such loss. There, by a margin of 53% to 46%, voters approved an amendment to the state’s constitution establishing a right to abortion.
If the first six post-Dobbs losses weren’t clear enough, surely the seventh conveys the message clearly: The pro-life movement has an abortion problem.
For nearly half a century, the American people were taught that the baby in the womb is not human, a clump of cells, of no essential worth, and that the shallow, not to mention fleeting and ill-considered, desires of adults trump their sacred duties to their progeny.
Of course, throwing off Roe didn’t instantaneously reset the country’s moral compass to postwar America. The rot has done its work. We are a different country now.

MemberIn Wyoming, cheap electricity is gone with the wind:
Once upon a time, the people of Wyoming enjoyed the lowest electricity rates in the nation, thanks to their supremacy in coal production. A state rich in God’s natural energy is now facing a 29% increase in electricity rates, thanks to Republican Governor Mark Gordon’s windmill grift. Who needs cheap natural fuel when you can have expensive and inefficient wind power?
Last week, the Wall Street Journal reported that Rocky Mountain Power, the state’s largest utility company, announced the nearly 30% hike in rates due to rising costs. Residents responded with outrage.
The cruel irony here is that inefficient wind farms aren’t just ugly. They require more electricity to power them. And where does that electricity come from? Fossil fuels.

MemberFeds bust ‘high-end brothel’ network frequented by politicians, military officers, gov’t employees with security clearance:
The Justice Department announced Wednesday that federal investigators busted a “high-end brothel” network the clientele of which included politicians, military officers, and other influential figures.
At a press conference, federal prosecutors said they have arrested three people for allegedly running the sophisticated network: Han Lee, Junmyung Lee, and James Lee.
The operators charged sex buyers between $350 to $600 per hour and forced clients to fork over personal information to purchase sex, including their full name, phone number, email address, employer, credit card information, driver’s license photos, and even references.
“They are doctors, they are lawyers, they are accountants, they are elected officials, they are executives of high tech companies and pharmaceutical companies, they are military officers, government contractors [with security clearances], professors, scientists,” he said.
It is not clear whether the clientele will face criminal charges, but the Homeland Security agent who wrote the affidavit believes there are “potentially hundreds of yet-to-be-identified customers.”

MemberTwo Tiered Policing: Over 80 Britons Preventatively Arrested Ahead of Pro-Palestine Armistice Day Protest:
London’s Metropolitan Police have been accused yet again of applying different standards to protests based on their political affiliation as dozens of so-called “far right” demonstrators were arrested to “prevent a breach of the peace” as they attempted to pay their respects to the Cenotaph war memorial on Armistice Day.
As Britons from across the country came down to London on Saturday to honour the nation’s fallen soldiers, the Metropolitan Police permitted another large-scale anti-Israel demonstration to take place, despite many, including Prime Minister Rishi Sunak describing the march as deeply disrespectful to military veterans and the soldiers who gave their lives in service of the country.
A much smaller band of supposed “counter-protesters”, including former English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson, came to the city vowing to protect war memorials such as the Cenotaph from vandalism.
Video footage of minor scuffles with police was widely circulated by leftist social media accounts and establishment media as evidence of the threat of the “far-right”. The police also claimed that counter-protesters hurled projectiles at officers.
People on the ground at the protest claimed that such scuffles were initiated by the Police, however, who attempted to block the people from paying their respects at the Cenotaph.
While police arrested one person for an assault on an officer and another for possession of drugs, the demonstration was largely peaceful and even featured two minutes of silence for the nation’s fallen soldiers.
Yet, as the pro-Palestine protest began, the Met used its recently acquired and wide-ranging powers to arrest some of the “counter-protesters” before they had even committed a crime.
“Officers have arrested 82 people in Tachbrook Street, Pimlico to prevent a breach of the peace. They’re part of a large group of counter-protestors we have been monitoring who have tried to reach the main protest march,” the Met said in a statement. “We will continue to take action to avoid the disorder that would likely take place if that happened.”
Many on social media maligned the police force for its tough crackdown on the patriot protest while previously taking a soft touch on pro-Palestine protests.
Liberal comedian and political commentator Konstantin Kissin said: “And just like that, the police have no problem arresting large groups to prevent a breach of the peace. [Home Secretary] Suella [Braverman] was right. Two-tiered policing.” “It’s astonishing how fast you learned how to police protests when they’re no longer politically correct,” GB News presenter Darren Grimes added.
There have been no arrests at the pro-Palestine march announced so far by the police at the time of this reporting.

MemberThings in Chicago Are So Bad That Venezuelan Illegals Are Fleeing Back to Venezuela:
When illegals from Venezuela want to leave the US to go back to their Marxist hellhole, that is a clear sign that things are really bad.
The particular city we are referring to is Chicago, Illinois. The lack of work opportunities and living in shelters has convinced many of the illegals they just might be better off back at home.
Chicago was known as a sanctuary city, so thousands of illegals entering the US were sent there, particularly by Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
Things are rapidly changing for them, including a difficult winter and lack of support from local governments. Many are considering going back to Venezuela. This is very revealing of the hypocrisy of sanctuary cities. They talk a big game until they are actually put to the test.
Now, Illinois’ harsh winters, lack of migrant infrastructure, and ambivalent support from locals has made many people, who undertook the harsh US-Mexico border journey, actually turn around and go back home.
Venezuela-born Michael Castejon, 39, and his family have been sleeping on the floors of police stations and shelters after he could not afford to pay rent in Chicago – because his work permit was taking so long to arrive.
Even with city vouchers and rental assistance, it was not enough to sustain Castejon’s family. Once that ran out, they ended up sleeping on the floor at a police station. After finding a job, it still was not adequate to survive. He felt it was better to return to Venezuela even with its harsh government.Things in Chicago Are So Bad That Venezuelan Illegals Are Fleeing Back to Venezuela

MemberNewly Found ‘Kill Switch’ Triggers Death of Cancer Cells in Potential Breakthrough:
Researchers believe they have found a “kill switch” that can trigger the death of cancer cells in new research.
Scientists at the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center in Sacramento, California, identified a protein on the CD95 receptor, a protein within a cell that receives and transmits signals, that can “program” cancer cells to die, as detailed in a study published in the journal Cell Death & Differentiation last month.
A press release from UC Davis reports that CD95 receptors, also referred to as Fas, have gained the nickname “death receptors” because they send a signal that causes cancer cells to “self-destruct.”
Experts hope that future cancer drugs could boost the activity of these receptors in order to better combat cancer and cancerous tumors, which have been treated historically with surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, all of which are extremely hard on the human body.
Looking ahead, Tushir-Singh said he is hopeful for the future of cancer treatments.
“Due to the advent of cancer immunotherapy and other targeted therapies, cancer rates overall in the past decades have decreased significantly,” he said. “I read every day the outstanding research that is happening in the U.S. to beat cancer. People should stay positive.”

MemberControversial new video: Each individual charging station uses the equivalent power of 280 homes every hour…:
A new, controversial video is stirring up heated debates online. The video’s creator claims to have uncovered the “truth” about electric cars, claiming that each individual power station consumes the equivalent power of 280 homes every hour. That’s a really bold claim, right? Is it accurate?
The Truth About Electric Cars. Each Individual Charging Station Is Using The Equivalent Power Of 280 Homes Every Hour. If All [six] Chargers At One Station Are Being Used, The Power Being Used Is Equivalent Is 1,080 Homes Every Hour.
Just a little food for thought. It’s things people don’t realize the amount of energy it takes to fast charge these batteries. It’s a huge amount of electricity. And now you understand why the electric companies can’t even supply that much power to one spot. It’s like thinking of 1600 homes and how much copper and wire that would take to supply that many houses.
I’d talk about it while I’m sitting here charging, waiting. It’s another thing. Got to wait here for 30 minutes. Half of these chargers are broken. Or I think they’re throttling them down because the grid can’t even handle it. So I think that’s what’s happening. I don’t know.
The irony of this argument is that while the left debates over energy hours and figures, they believe they’re saving the planet. Yet, their precious “green” energy actually originates from coal or diesel-powered power plants. The insanity of the “climate cult” knows no bounds. No matter how you slice it, the outcome might vary slightly, but it’s still a piece of the same pie. The world is being misled with this “Green New Deal” nonsense. Wind farms are decimating wildlife, electric cars are sucking energy like a vacuum on steroids, discarded solar panels are piling up in landfills, and the production of lithium batteries is leading to a distressing rise in child slave labor. The only truly “green” aspect of this new deal seems to be the wealth flowing into the elite’s pockets. Meanwhile, the rest of us suffer.

MemberUPDATE: Two Killed in Car Explosion at Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls; White House Can’t Rule Terrorism “In or Out”:
The vehicle explosion at the Rainbow Bridge connecting the cities of Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada on Wednesday is reported to be an attempted terrorist attack. UPDATE: Fox reports doubts of suspected terror attack but the White House cannot rule out terrorism, “New: White House official tells @LucasFoxNews on the NY Explosion cause: “We’re not really able to rule anything in or out.”
Fox News reporter Alexis McAdams reports sources say this was an attempted terrorist attack, “High-level police sources tell me this is an attempted terrorist attack. Sources say the car was full of explosives. Both men inside dead.” A U.S. Border Patrol agent is reported to have been injured. The vehicle is reported to have been on the U.S. side approaching to enter Canada when it and exploded.
Traveling down Niagara Street, the car sped onto the bridge plaza, went through a fence separating the inbound lanes from the outbound lanes, and toward the inspection lanes where it exploded, according to law enforcement sources at the scene. Eyewitness describes a car on U.S. side heading to the checkpoint at a high rate of speed before crashing and exploding. Another report says the vehicle exploded after being referred for a secondary inspection.
Governments on both sides of the Niagara River are responding to the explosion as if it were a terrorist attack.

MemberReport: Wealthy Bentley Driver Caused Fiery Accident at US-Canada Border Near Niagara Falls:
According to a new report by CNN, an affluent man driving a $300,000 Bentley Excelsior X caused the fiery accident at the Rainbow Bridge near Niagara Falls on Wednesday.
A 56-year-old man who lived in an upscale neighborhood went to a nearby casino with his wife after a KISS concert he intended to go to was canceled.
The unidentified driver was driving at a high rate of speed when he hit the center divider and launched into the air. The Bentley caught fire after it crashed into the border inspection point.
The driver and the passenger both died.
Earlier Wednesday Fox News reported there were explosives in the vehicle, however, authorities later walked back the claims. According to Reuters, terrorism was ruled out.
Hours later federal and state authorities said investigators had found no evidence of an act of terror, though circumstances surrounding the crash on the Rainbow Bridge remained murky, leaving it to be determined whether it was accidental or intentional.
“At this time, there is no indication of a terrorist attack” or threat to the public at large, New York Governor Kathy Hochul told reporters Wednesday evening. Her comments were echoed by federal and local law enforcement officials at a separate news conference.
“A search of the scene revealed no explosive materials, and no terrorism nexus was identified. The matter has been turned over to the Niagara Falls Police Department as a traffic investigation,” the FBI said.

DHS Chief Alejandro Mayorkas is warning agents not to misgender illegal aliens invading the United States.
US Border Patrol apprehended 3.2 million illegal aliens in fiscal year 2023 (Oct 1-Sept 30). Since Joe Biden was installed in January 2021, the number is estimated at 10 million illegal border crossers.
Instead of protecting the US border and instructing agents to stop the invasion, Mayorkas is warning them to be ‘respectful’ and ask the illegals their preferred pronouns.
“For example, state “I would like to be respectful – what name and pronoun would you like me to use when addressing you?” the document, obtained by the Oversight Project at the Heritage Foundation reads.

CNBC has reportedly shut down its climate desk and will no longer have dedicated journalists covering climate change.
The Comcast-owned business news cable network hasn’t publicly commented on the decision, which was first reported by Bloomberg Green journalist Akshat Rathi.

“As part of wider newsroom headcount reductions, there would no longer be any staff at CNBC dedicated to covering climate, this boss said,” Clifford wrote. ” The climate desk was being dismantled and my position covering climate tech and innovation was being eliminated, this boss told me.”

MemberPro-Palestinian Protesters Disrupt Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Glue Themselves to 6th Avenue:
A cadre of pro-Palestinian activists disrupted the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade when they covered themselves in fake blood and glued themselves to the middle of 6th Avenue.
“Several protesters — wearing white jumpsuits with protest slogans and already splattered with red — interrupted the floats and balloons just before 11 a.m., forcing the parade to be halted,” noted the New York Post.
“They walked 6th Avenue with large signs including ‘Liberation for Palestine and Planet,’ a message they also chanted,” it added. “Several then pretended to be dead on the ground as others walked around pouring fake blood over them and the road — with their chants met by loud boos from spectators.”
Fox News noted that some activists were heard saying, “There is only one solution, intifada revolution.” Some of the activists were heard yelling the anti-Israel chant, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!” The chant generally means support for the destruction of Israel. Some had messages like “militarism,” “racism,” and “ethnic cleansing” emblazoned over their jumpsuits. When an officer approached to move them, a protester said, “I’m glued down, I can’t get up … We need a ceasefire.”
Some activists were heard crying in pain as the police attempted to move them. Parade spectators were noticeably miffed by the display.

MemberStudy finds overturning Roe v. Wade resulted in 32,000 more births:
Since Roe v. Wade was overturned in June 2022, around 32,000 babies have been born that would have otherwise been aborted, according to a new study.
The New York Times reported that by comparing birth statistics in states before and after the Supreme Court banned abortions, researchers discovered that the law caused around 32,000 annual births. The data is based on just the first six months of 2023 and was in line with initial expectations.
However, various studies have demonstrated that many women who live in states with an abortion ban still carry out abortions. These women will either travel to states where abortion is still legal, or they will purchase pills online, according to the report.
The analysis, carried out by the Institute of Labor Economics, claimed that in the first six months of the year, between one-fourth and one-fifth of women who live in states with bans, who would otherwise have sought out an abortion, did not get one.
The student continued: “As of November 1, 2023, 14 states are enforcing bans on abortion in nearly all circumstances, and 23 percent of U.S. women of reproductive age have experienced an increase in driving distance to the nearest abortion facility, from an average of 43 miles one-way before Dobbs to 330 miles at present.”
The study claimed: “In 2020, approximately 1 in 5 pregnancies ended in abortion.”

MemberSouth Korean City Holds Mass Blind Dates to Shore Up Birth Rates:
The South Korean city of Seongnam held a mass blind dating event at a hotel on Sunday evening for the express purpose of helping more young people get married and have children to shore up South Korea’s collapsing birth rates.
Seongnam pulled out all the stops to make magic happen, serenading a hundred singles and surrounding them with “red wine, chocolates, games, free make-up services, and even background checks for the participating singles,” as Reuters reported.
The attendees seemed pleasantly befuddled by the whole affair. It was actually the fifth in a series of mass mixers held by Seongnam this year. The city government said 198 of the 460 participants left the event with promises to keep in touch.
“We are facing a real demographic crisis and the government needs to do whatever it can. I don’t understand people complaining over this,” one of the participating men told Reuters.
The mayor of Seongnam, Shin Sang-jin, said he was under no illusions that low birth rates could be “resolved with a single policy,” but he thought the city could help “create the environment for people who want to marry to find their partners.”
Shin also thought the singles events could promote “positive views of marriage” and encourage people to think of dating as fun. Attendees of a Seongnam blind dating event in August told the New York Times (NYT) they were surprised at how quickly the evening flew by. The city has spent less than $200,000 on blind dating events this year, which could be a modest price for reversing South Korea’s demographic decline — if it works.
The NYT found “mixed” evidence that government dating assistance is leading to more marriages. A few smaller cities have tried mass blind dating over the past decade or so, and produced only one or two marriages per year, with no indication of whether those unions led to children.
Seongnam is one of the ten largest cities in South Korea, and it is part of the Seoul metropolitan area, so it might offer the best chance for government-sponsored blind dating to catch on.
South Korea’s demographic crisis is arguably the worst in the world, with the fastest drop in fertility rates ever recorded. Communist China is panicking over a fertility rate of 1.09 births per woman; South Korea’s rate stands at 0.78. Japan, which for many years was considered a fearsome case study in population decline, is hovering around 1.3 at the moment.

The problem, it seems, is not so much ‘global warming’ as it is ‘local freezing.’
Northern Europe was surprised by the ‘sudden onset’ of Winter, causing disruption and dangerous conditions in several countries.
Liberal Europeans had barely finished complaining that 2023 was ‘the hottest year on record’ when – wouldn’t you know it – temperatures were freezing cold at the very start of winter.
Authorities in western Germany, for one, urged residents to stay home, warning of ‘life-threatening danger’ after a ‘burst of winter weather’ led to hazardous roads, leading to accidents that left two people dead.

But today it’s finally close to 40 degrees … feels like a heatwave and the next few days is back to seasonable weather. I notice the gasoline prices went down … very surprised …I paid $3.37 per gallon vs. 2 weeks ago it was $3.79. I’m not complaining but I wonder why the drop and hope it continues …

MemberWOW … I haven’t seen that gasoline price since🤔 …. Trump was in office. Just goes to show the south is spoiled with getting all the breaks.
Well … Walmart had the fresh pineapple today at $2.09 each … I haven’t seen it that low in years. Can you beat that price?
And how about … real authentic Italian pizza😉 … this one place has the lunch special – 2 really generous slices that hang over the plate for $4.09 with all you can drink … help yourself to their soda fountain. I admire this pizzeria for not raising their prices for the lunch special … it’s been this way since 2014. They really appreciate their customers. And they got these pizza cards – one for the lunch special .. they stamp it each time you place an order … once you reach 10 stamps the next one is free. They do the same with the pizza pies .. they allow you to buy the medium size and once you reach 10 stamps you are entitled to a free large pie. Do you have that … in your area?

MemberReport: Electric Vehicles Have 80% More Problems than Gas-Powered Cars:
Electric vehicles (EVs) have vastly more problems that arise than gas-powered cars, a new report of American consumers reveals.
The survey from Consumer Reports, which asked owners of about 330,000 vehicles about issues they faced over the last year, found that EVs have almost 80 percent more problems than gas-powered cars using traditional combustion engines.
Most problems consumers face with EVs, the report suggests, are long charging times, a lack of charging stations in general, issues with the lithium-ion battery, outer and interior parts not fitting precisely, and engine failures.
Michael Coram, who lives near Buffalo, New York, told the AP he had to turn his all-electric Chevrolet Bolt SUV on and off up to 12 times before he could get the car into drive because of the region’s cold temperatures.
As Breitbart News reported Wednesday, car dealers across the United States are so concerned with EV sales that they are urging President Joe Biden to abandon his EV mandates and carbon emission regulations that would effectively force all-electric cars on consumers.
[EVs] are stacking up on our lots,” the car dealers write:
With each passing day, it becomes more apparent that this attempted electric vehicle mandate is unrealistic based on current and forecasted customer demand. Already, electric vehicles are stacking up on our lots which is our best indicator of customer demand in the marketplace. You need to login in order to like this post: click here
