So my mother always loved Dannion Brinkley. She met him at a nurses conference and he said I’m very sorry for your disease. She had sarcoidosis and she was amazed that he knew she was sick by touch. Those people scare me.
I emailed Dannion and related the story and I said did you ever sense Jesus when you passed temporarily and he said no. Just light beings.

Light Beings is a term used by New Agers and Secular Humanists. Since these people do not know Jesus then any encounters they are having are demonic.

Boulder, is your Mom still living? I know you’re very close to her. If she’s still with us, you may want to speak with her about this man and his false teachings.
If she is still on board with him, it would be good for her to be made aware, and renounce his teachings if she followed any of them. Of course your Mom is a loving faith filled christian, but it would be spiritually best for her to pray for cleansing from anything she may have taken in from him.
