On the day I had to take my cat to the vet before she goes to her foster parent, a friend called me and told me she wants to come with me. I was very touched. i didn't want to ask her to come with me because her sister is very sick and needs a heart transplant. i was planning to take it taxi and it would have been hard. a friend would have been better. She came to my place and was with me all the time.

That was a week ago, the first few days were hard, but I settled down. 

I was also dealing with severe non-stop back pain. the thing that made it so much worse is I think something in my bed broke and i didn't know who to ask to fix it for me. I ended up sleeping on the couch for a long time and the pain has become unbearable for the last few days that no matter what i try to do , i had no rest from the severity of it. yesterday, i was talking to a colleague, she said let's get on a video call and i will show you how to use pressure points to ease back pain. we did that, now i am much better. I am so grateful for the relief. 

i reapplied those pressure points this morning after my back started acting up again and I got relief. 

yesterday, i found out that although my previous super is not the super of the building anymore. he is still living here. we always got along and he has helped me with many things in the past. he is someone i can ask to come in and look at my bed.

I am sorry to bother you with another prayer request. yesterday, i ended up with such bad back pain. somebody suggested i might have pulled a muscle, but it is really bad. i can barely move properly, get up, walk around...............all this when i have so much to do and getting ready to drop off my cat at the vet next Saturday. I am scared right now with how much i can't move around without a lot of pain. my friend said to put ice, it is comforting, but temporary relief.
