The radical left’s war on Christianity and the First Amendment has officially reached a terrifying new flashpoint in the Lone Star State.

The encounter, which was first reported by investigative reporter Sarah Fields, has sparked renewed debate over the First Amendment and whether law enforcement can lawfully punish constitutionally protected speech simply because another person finds it offensive

According to a video from the June 27 Trinity Pride Fest in downtown Fort Worth, Christian street preachers David Grisham, a retired police officer, and Richard Penkoski were preaching on public property when they were approached by officers.

The female officer told the group, “If someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem,” and added, “If they are offended by your speech, OK, I will write you a ticket.”

Penkoski also pointed out that he was deeply offended by half-naked men walking around children at the event, but the officer dismissed the complaint, responding, “There’s really not much I can do about that.”

...Penkoski said he found it deeply alarming that a Christian preacher in modern America could be threatened with arrest and cited while standing on public property simply because his message offended those listening.

“As a veteran who was willing to die for his country, I never in a million years thought that this is the America we’d be living in right now,” he added.

What a horrible sight.

Accused assassin, Tyler Robinson, the 23-year-old charged with the murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, was seen laughing with his attorney in a Utah courtroom on Monday morning.

Just a few feet away, Charlie’s widow Erika Kirk sat sobbing. According to reports, Erika was seen crying before the start of today’s hearing.

Erika, dressed in all black, faced her husband’s alleged killer for the first time as Robinson appeared before a judge for a five-day preliminary hearing that will determine whether he stands trial for Charlie’s murder.

Charlie’s parents, Robert and Kathryn Kirk, accompanied her. Donald Trump Jr. and his wife, Bettina Anderson Trump, sat in the front row to support the grieving widow.

And Robinson? He was seen laughing with his defense attorney Kathy Nester before the proceeding began.

The cross-examination also revealed some stunning details about the security — or lack of it — at the event that day:

• Only six officers were working the event, which drew thousands of people
• No metal detectors were used to screen the crowd
• No drones were used for security
• No officers were posted on the roof, stairway or walkway
• Bagley said he never attended any meeting on keeping people safe that day and was given no tactical or operational plans

Six officers. Thousands of people. No one on the roof.

After the hearing concludes, District Judge Tony Graf will decide whether the case proceeds to trial. The judge previously denied the defense request to remove the death penalty as an option.

A widow mourns. Two children grow up without their father. And the man accused of pulling the trigger sits in court laughing.

Tall ships from other countries all over the world have sailed to America, gathering near the New Jersey shore to be part of America’s 250th birthday celebrations.

In addition to being a sign of good will, these ships remind us of a past when tall ships ruled the waterways of America and other parts of the globe.

Their craftsmanship and beauty are truly something to behold.

An international fleet of tall ships arrived on the shores of New Jersey Friday to mark a once-in-a-generation celebration of America’s semiquincentennial.

Roughly 20 nations have dispatched their premier tall ships to participate in the celebration, with vessels arriving from as far away as Italy, India, Peru, Poland, Spain and Sweden.

Tokyo, Japan, of all places, is putting some blue states and blue city mayors like New York’s Zohran Mamdani to shame with the way the city embraced America’s 250th independence celebration.

On Thursday, the U.S. Embassy posted on social media, “In Tokyo tomorrow? Celebrate America’s 250th birthday by watching the Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Aqua Symphony illuminated! Snap a photo or video of Red, White, and Blue lighting up the night sky. We’d love to share your photos!”

On Friday, the celebration included fireworks and a drone light display depicting President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi together.

Unlike the rest of the country, the far left entertainment industry in Hollywood is not growing, it’s actually shrinking.

Estimates suggest that the entertainment industry lost as many as 3,600 jobs last month, in addition to the jobs that have already been lost in recent years.

Hollywood simply refuses to learn any lessons. Look at the new ‘Supergirl’ movie which is so bad that it’s on track to lose an eye-popping $100 million at the box office.

The entertainment industry has spent the last dozen years grooming kids, sexualizing kids, queering kids, lobbying to put gay porn in elementary schools, vilifying white men for nothing more than the “sin” of being white men, undermining Western Civilization, destroying our beloved heroes and franchises, spreading hate about peaceful Christians, and producing lousy content at nearly a 100 percent rate.

The funny thing about all of this is that it would be so easy for Hollywood to fix the problem.

All they have to do is tell interesting stories that don’t insult half of their potential audience but they just don’t seem capable of doing it.

While most Texans were going about their business, the streets of Sugar Land recently filled with an Annual Muharram Jaloos – a large religious procession organized by the Ali Center Houston (Masjid-e-Ali). Black-clad participants, banners, and mourning rituals marched through an American suburb in the name of ancient sectarian history.

Walking among them were the children – the Buturab Scouts. This community didn’t just join the Boy Scouts of America as previous generations of immigrants did. They built their own. They have their own school (Buturab School). They have their own scouting program. They have their own mosque, their own majalis, their own entire parallel ecosystem.

Why? Because, in their own words, they are building “a strong, unified community grounded in the teachings of Islam… empowering our members to live by Islamic principles in all aspects of their lives.”

Translation: keep the kids walled off from American society.

This is what “diversity” looks like when one side refuses to assimilate:

• Processions in the streets.
• Separate scouts.
• Separate schools.
• Separate everything.

All while native Texans are told they must celebrate every foreign tradition or be labeled bigots.

Texas didn’t vote for this. But mass Islamic immigration, along with high birth rates and deliberate non-assimilation, are delivering it anyway.

The mosques aren’t “storming” the streets with weapons. They’re doing something far more effective: they’re marching with children in uniform, claiming public space, and raising a generation that sees itself as separate from and superior to the country that took them in.

This is conquest by demographics and parallel institutions.

The governing body of the European Union has been accused of holding a neo-feudalist mindset after it was reported that only certain areas of its building in Brussels kept air conditioning running during last week’s record-breaking heatwave.

According to a POLITICO report, the EU Commission’s Berlaymont building in Brussels turned off air conditioning on floors one through seven last week “due to extreme weather conditions”.

However, the outlet claimed that air conditioning remained on for floors eight through 13, where EU President Ursula von der Leyen and her 26 commissioners work.

This led to accusations that the unelected Eurocrats were prioritising their own comfort over the working people who staff the building.

The outdated infrastructure in Europe can be dangerous, particularly for elderly citizens. According to the Barcelona Institute for Global Health research centre, there were more than 62,700 heat-related deaths in Europe during the summer of 2024, and over 181,000 between 2022 and 2024.

DuckDuckGo’s AI search feature has been caught spreading the outrageous claim that President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance both died earlier this month from rabies, in what appears to be a successful campaign by internet pranksters to manipulate artificial intelligence systems using a technique known as “poisoning.”

Futurism reports that the false claim that Trump and Vance both died from rabies in early June represents yet another instance of AI systems amplifying misinformation without critical verification. According to the AI feature’s fabricated narrative, Trump had been deliberately bitten by Vance following advice from Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who supposedly claimed the deadly infection could confer “superpowers.”

The misinformation traces back to a coordinated effort by the Reddit community r/poisonai, a group of approximately 45,000 users dedicated to posting absurd falsehoods in an attempt to trick AI systems into repeating them. The group’s self-described mission is providing “Accurate, Verified and Trusted information,” though this is itself part of the satirical nature of the operation.

Breitbart News social media director Wynton Hall describes AI as having great potential on the positive side, but also having the same danger as a landmine for America’s future. When AI models can be so easily duped by poisoning attacks as to make outrageous claims like the death of a president, it reveals the landmine effect of rushing into AI control of information systems.
