Trump is a believer! Looking at the fruit of who has proven he is a patriot who loves God, this Nation and it's people, is it the Dem's, the Deep State - or Trump! Trumps "followers" are those who follow God first I believe. They know God is for them and not against them! And they see that fruit also in Trump, loving God, Country and mankind. Trump has matured in the Faith since he became President, but does he have full grasp and knowledge of these end times, the Rapture, the Trib...I don't know. There is not one of us who does not sin with our tongues, and it is God Who looks upon our hearts, and therefore upon Trumps heart. He is not the one attempting to be god! To gain followers unto himself. To draw people to himself to mask God's will so that Trump can draw all men to himself! I am a follower of God and Trump! To say that of Trump is to say that of anyone who favors him - over the Deep State and their fruit?! I believe what is missed is that Trump is not broadcasting MAGA in the sense you imply. For the People, by the People and of the People - Trump is saying with the talents God has given him, and the love in his heart for this Nation and it's patriots, he has the ability knowledge and means to give this land back to us, stopping those who undermining and stealing it. He is not in this for political gain or evil control. If he is not versed in end time prophecy to a great depth, then that is what he would and should say, having a belief in God, and belief in the strengths God has given him to lead people out of destructive powers, and back in to safer freedoms. He is a strong leader who knows his capabilities which are not sinister plans against the people. He is a President - not a pastor; not a biblical teacher. It's any presidents job to lead the country; it's the pastors jobs to teach biblical truths. He speaks from confidence and faith in the gifting's God has given him, to work to bring Peace where he can for the sake of God, goodness and freedom for all. As far as implying the Lost not hearing about the real solution as though the Trump focus keeps them from seeing God as the true and only solution -  that's just why God mixes the saved with the unsaved, to spread the Word! Because the unsaved see the Light in others and they want that! They see people taking a stand for God first off, and for righteousness sake secondly. Which are the very roads and kinds of situations God uses to draw all men unto Him. So a good prayer would be that many are found through the faith of all the Believers, as the saved and lost "Trump followers" mingle. I can't speak for every heart of those who "follow" Trump, but it surely appears to me that there is a definite God-fearing difference that they recognize between good and evil between Trump and the likes of the Deep State clan I dare say!
