One of the great teachers who wrote about the re-gathering of Israel in the land when most of the world would have thought that this was a crazy idea.
Perhaps the greatest dispensationalist ever to have published. He was way ahead of his time. He was a devout Christian teacher and author, and nailed the 7,000 years plan of God almost on the dime. Of course, he wrote his works back at the beginning of the 20th century, amost a hundred years ago and did not have progressive revelation, as we now have had.
I learned a lot of what I understand of the prophetic time clock in Daniel and Revelation from his work.
By the way, the title of his first work was "The Greatest Book on Dispensational Truth in the World" circa 1925. I used to have a copy, but someone "borrowed" it.

I'm going to rename you in my mind as "Curious George". So full of questions. Are you just trying to get conversation started or just want others to do the research for you? Now I'm curious.
So now you have a question to answer, too. Ha! No offense intended...just curious.
Clarence Larkins "Dispensational Truth" book with all the charts has been a staple in seminaries for years, I have heard. I bought it about 20 years ago and still look through it.
I have an older cousin that I think a lot of and last time I visited with him and his wife, he seemed to be slipping out of Christianity and into Buddhism; I bought the "Dispensational Truth" book and sent it to my cousin. His wife said he was looking through it last time I spoke with her.
it was a couple of his charts that got me to ask the question one chart he has a gen 1:1 earth a destruction my water and then the gen 1:2 on earth. part of the so called gap theory. (also in a Prophecy in the news takes of satan being the cherub over the dinos (the other 4 creatures in rev have their own part of creation to look over) in the world prior to his fall and that the dinos were destroyed then prior to the gen 1:2 forward creation.
Also larking talks of a perfect age were perfect people, after the final rebellion and satan is forever in the lake of fire, have perfect kids who growup perfect have perfect kids etc for 33,000 years after the millennium. (he is using the verse talking of 1000 generations and using 40 years as a generation so 40,000 -6,000 history -1000 kingdom = 33,000 left for perfect age. we might amend that to 45,000 or 63,000.
I was wondering what people think of these two theories of his but first wanted to know what people thought of him. if people didnt like him (thought he was a heratic or something along those lines) well then there wouldnt be any point of asking about these two theories.
Personally I think the first theory is possible, especially with the P in the N idea, and I think the perfect age would not be limited to the end of 1000 generations but would continue throughout eternity (time without end).
