I see this video and some things come to mind~
1st., to me, it looks fake because the rotating lights do not seem to me at a specific speed as if it slows and speeds up a tad - it also looks like a prop. The fact that it is not next / near another object such as a building or tree makes it more suspicious for me.
2nd., Military crafts are normally caught by video, years before the technology is known officially, at night like the stealth bomber. In today's turbulence times, I would not be surprised that there is military crafts being experimented with that can breech the atmosphere for example (ever wonder why we don't have a shuttle replacement?). This would give the military a strategic advantage, in addition to travelling to parts of the world faster with no friction as it is in space.
3rd., if it is legitimate, I don't think UFOs are what people normally say, meaning people ROM another planet. This is the kind of thing atheist drool for. I suspect that when there are "UFOs" the real ones (in my view) are normally found to be a sphere of light and undefined in which they can move easy in any direction. For example the "UFO" that was video tapped over the temple mount by 3 different people, at the same time and 3 different locations, supports my belief. In addition, I suspect these lights are either spirits or angels in how they travel. I cannot say this for sure and is only a theory but I find it strange that when this kind of tapping is on you tube - it is over major landmarks or importance.
As for those lights on the video, however, I am still suspicious about it being legitimate. But say it is. What could it be or mean? Another theory that comes to mind is it looks like (spiritually) like a prisoner surrounded, heavily guarded, and being taken to his cell. Just as easily -it is equally easy to believe that this is another attempt by Satan to deceive us.
Just a thought which I don't put much stock into though
