This is one of my random thoughts, but here goes. I've always believed that Jesus' resurrection took place when no one would see because we are all to take it on faith that the resurrection happened. I also wonder if it took place where no one would see because humans couldn't handle the power of God and His light during the resurrection.

I often speak on things that I've personally experience and I know that I've experienced some supernatural things that most would consider unbelieveable. For example blinding light and 3 days of open/trance visions. Just this afternoon my mother and I discussed what she affectionately calls "My episode" and I call my "Spiritual experience"  how does this relate to the above post?  Let me tell you.

My mother is a believer but she's very black & white and doubtful of "supernatural things" things have to make sense and add up to her.  She told me about a friend of her's who's daughter said she saw a bright white light the day she died and asked her mom could she see it too.  The mother and my mother were doubtful thinking perhaps she was chemically inbalanced prior to death etc.  I looked at my mother in shock considering all the things she's witnessed me go through with the super-natural, truly let's me know how strong the spirit of disbelief is. (FYI My mother is saved , however I sense that she's a scary cat lol)  Moving on...

The thing that kicked off  "My episode" was a blinding white light  that entered my room after I was wakened out of a sleep.  A strong force of energy woke both parties in the room.  However I rose up and stayed awake and went into prayer and the second person went back to sleep.  A few moments after a blinding white light flashed in the room.  I wont go into detail about all that I experienced next but the end result was a vision of people who were all the same color they looked not golden but a frosty type of gold and I work with photoshop so identify it as sepia.  They were dressed really fancy and all were joyful.

The next day I woke up alive and buzzing.  My whole being was alive with energy.  I had 3 days of  open visions. Dont want to blow this post so wont go into all that.

I know this is not a testimony forum but I wanted to add my personal experience with blinding white light and how it relates to the Rapture.  After years of searching for answers through the Holy Spirit as to what I experienced and still experience the Lord brought me to these scriptures.  (Prior to "my episode" I had never read the Bible outside of Matthew)

Of course we all know that we are the Acts 2:18 generation.

Acts 9:3-7 

1 Samuel 3:1-12

Ezekiel 1:4

The above scripture also demonstrate the powerful light and calling of the almighty Lord. I believe that on the day of the Rapture it will be similiar to the experiences in above scriptures where there are supernatural occurances aboard but only certain people will hear or see it.  During "my episode" my fellow sister in Christ could identify a holy presence in the room but she couldnt see it.  I kept yelling at her "dont you see the angel, dont you see the angel right there?!" Pointing. She could see no one but said she could definately sense the Holy Spirit.

So @Txthom yes hopefull soon we will all have the golden on vacation "Son"-kissed glow.
