Last night I read parts of a book, "Dead To Live Again" I had read about 4 years ago. It's the story of Ronald Posey, who had died three times between May 11 and July 27, 2002, had gone to paradise and back. Ronnie was a dear, loving man, who I had to opportunity to meet and talk with in 2008.

Well, I wanted to read the book again, especially the part that talked about the valley of decision. I love this book and am so lifted up and encouraged when i read it.

I had forgotten a really interesting part of the book, until I read it again last night. When Ronnie was talking and walking with God, he asked Him when He was going to send Jesus to get His bride. Here is what is written in the book:
"Soon. Very soon. See that portal? Go look through it."
I did, and saw the number seventy.
"If you live to be that age, there is a great possibility that you will be in the catching away of the saints."

There is more, much more, but that is one of the high points. In fact, Ronnie told me the book would be way too big if he put everything in there that he saw and heard. It really is an amazing book and my spirit attests and lines up with it, that it is true when i read it. He even described the large table where the marriage supper would take place...what the serving pieces and even the chairs looked like. Beautiful!

Ronnie was born in April 5, 1943. He passed away one or two years ago. So if he had lived to be 70, that would be April of 2013. That is less than 10 months away...so any time before that. Wow! So exciting!

Well, I just wanted to share that. Hope it makes you smile like it does me. The Lord is coming back so soon. I look forward to meeting you all one day very soon.

Oh, also, really quick. Two nights ago, I asked the Lord in prayer if He was coming soon, within a few weeks to rapture the saints. That night I had a dream of my mom, dad, brother and sister and myself in a beautiful place with flowers trees, a gazebo...it was a large patio with cushioned furniture. We were all young and looked so healthy and happy. I saw a beautiful building of wood and glass that the architecture was amazing...it had an inlet where a massive, rustic, wooden table with a large bowl of fruit was placed on top. My sister and I were walking, laughing and both talking at the same time although our lips didn't move. There was a feeling of pure love, peace, joy and tranquility in a beautiful, fragrant place. That is the short version. Although I didn't get the answer as to when, i had a wonderful dream of me and my family in our transformed bodies.

Thank you John and all the Doves for sharing, contributing and bringing more puzzle pieces to the table....we are coming together here in this forum helping to see the big picture. So many people from so many walks of life. I look forward to reading the posts at Five Doves every day. Thanks John for providing this opportunity to grow in faith and insight....it is helping so many in so many ways.

These days are humbling and filled with grace, as we revere, love and honor our Lord, our awesome God, our Creator. Praise, worship and glory to our loving Lord God! What an honor to serve Him.

I listened to some of this book online and really enjoyed it.
The only thing that I couldn't quite reconcile, was about
the judgement. He said he saw two different lines, one
for the christians and one for the sinners, I thought the
resurrected in Christ and the ones that were raptured, would be
judged at the Bema Seat of Christ and the judgement of
the sinners would be after the thousand year reign of
Christ on earth, at the great white thrown judgement.

I seem to be getting a somewhat different take on this "If you live to be 70 yeards old" The Lord of course knows when we will be born and at what age we will die because He sees the past and present and future-simultaneously!!
I think it was like when He told the disciples in John's Gospel after Jesus told John that He would see the Lord return--I don't remember the account fully-but the other disciples questioned among themselves whether John would live long enough to see the Lord return-but Jesus denied this argument-He said it didn't matter if John would still be alive or if John didn't live to see His return-that isn't important compared to what they should be contemplating at the time-they had bigger fish to fry!!!
Anyway-this possibility of the man in heaven's visit was not important for him to know if he would still be alive on the earth when he turned 70 or not--- but the possibility of him living that long is always left open when the Lord sets out each person's timeline of physical existance!!!

When I read the Apocrypha, it doesn't strike me as scripture. That is an example of how I discern the many words people claim are from God.

This doesn't strike me as from God (just as Begley's "there's a 50/50 chance" doesn't strike me as being from God).

I am very careful with this kind of stuff. Claiming to speak the words of God is very serious business and something God does not take lightly. It used to invoke the death penalty (in the Law and also in God's actions. See: Hananiah, Jer 28:15-17).

I cringe when I see billboards that suppose to speak for God ("See you in church on Sunday!" - God (etc.)).

It is my sense that the sheep/goats is in reference to gentile treatment of Israel during the Tribulation.

The judgment is for "the nations" gathered before Him at His return and the judgment is based on their treatment of "[His] brethren." The idea that "His brethren" refers to all humanity is not scriptural. There are some who are "the children of the evil one." These are not His brethren. Jews are His brethren according to the flesh.

The sheep enter "the [earthly] kingdom" which is "from [or since] the foundation of the world". Our calling is from "before the foundation of the world" and is in heavenly places. (Eph 1:3-4; Eph 2:6)

We know from Zechariah and Isaiah (as well as from the New Covenant) that Israel will serve as priests for the gentiles (as God had intended in the Old Covenant).

There might be an application to all people in the words "the least of these My brethren," but the Lord certainly doesn't consider all men His brethren. Likewise, simply visiting or feeding the sick, the jailed, the poor, etc. will never merit salvation. During the Tribulation (the subject of Matt 24 and Matt 25) helping Israel or Jews will be something only those who have the Spirit of God will do.
