I just wanted to know if anyone else here is the same. Whenever I look at all the signs and sometimes when I just feel that the rapture is around the corner I've caught myself a couple of times doing this high pitched OOOOOOOOOO and then I have a huge grin on my face, I close my eyes and start shaking with excitement!!!

Hi Mark, so happy to see you excited and enthusiatic! I'm glad you're feeling better.
And yes, looking at the signs all around, and especially at Donna's post about the EU wanting a one world leader, it looks like our departure is right at the doors. I can't wait!

Yes, I do. I try my hardest to stay childlike with God. Christ made mention that we must become like a little child to enter the kingdom of Heaven. (Matt. 18:3-4, Matt. 19:14)
Children have this quality about them that they get really REALLY excited when something fun is about to happen. They jump up and down, yell out, "Yay!", keep looking out the window for a car, giggling, bouncing off the walls...
I think this is how Christ definitely wants us to watch for Him. He doesn't want us to be too grim about what's coming upon this world. That is not OUR fate. Our fate is called the Blessed Hope. So while we see this world spiraling into oblivion, we are to keep watch for Him like an eager bride, like an excited child counting down the days.
So yes, I get giddy like this at times. BUT, I don't allow myself to get disappointed when a "high watch" date comes and goes. God is never wrong -- but man IS. Therefore, I never give God my spite and anger that the Rapture didn't happen when expected. God promised nothing on my "high watch" date. But He DID promise to come, so I leave the timing in His hands and keep on guessing. :)
Don't become bitter towards God if "The Day" comes and goes. If it comes and goes, it wasn't "The Day".

Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. ~~Psalm 73:25-26 (ESV)Posted 1 year ago # -
Part of me is giddy with excitement for our corporate graduation. Another part is concerned that I am doing what I should be doing in our last hours, days, weeks, (hopefully not) months remaining to life in this flesh. I remember my first semester of college. No classes for reading week. Woo hoo! Then finals hit and I went several days without sleep. Turns out the reason for no classes is there was no time for classes. I want to be sure not to pull the same stunt now. What is most important eternally? I find myself watching, praying and working in more or less equal portions trying not to neglect one aspect for the others.

We've got to PRAY like we've never prayed before, for this world, for our unsaved friends/family, & for the peace of Jerusalem. And do all we can to help struggling brethren by being lights in this world.
Also, we MUST spend quality time with Yeshua, we must nurture our own walk with Him. Too often we get distracted by doing things FOR Him that we don't spend time WITH Him. That's the most important thing, to keep us grounded and hearing His voice so we know what to do in these Last Days.

Last night, i was doing wash dishes, i was looking up the sky even it was dark but still looking at the sky and i told God, how amazing that I will be able to hear and How deaf people will be able to hear when the trumpet blows, I asked God how I be able to hear, but in my heart, I know that God will open my hear the day when Jesus come and angels blow the trumpet. I told God, it is amazing feeling that the day my ears will be open some how. I told God YOu are amazing and very mystery and awesome way to do that. Great to hear. There really is a reason right now to be so excited for the rapture because it is imminent, and yes I'm still going to use that word even if it is more than 2 weeks away from now, keep your heads held high
