Just felt compelled to share this with everyone. Sunday night my husband says to me "I have to ask you something". I answer, "What"? He proceeds to ask me how I would feel if we tithe his very first pension check. He has just retired and we completed the paper work a couple of weeks ago. His first check is due June 1st. Please understand this is a big step out in faith. It's not like we are really well off, but to give Jesus the glory, I have to testify that through all our rough times, He has always provided exactly what we needed, when we needed it. So I know He won't forget us now either. Besides, it's all His anyway, right?

So here is why the question was raised. My husband was at the computer, playing around, as he usually does and he said all of a sudden he just heard in his spirit "FIRST FRUITS". It kind of blew me away with all the speculation that's been going on about that being a high watch day for the rapture! My husband is not a watchman and I don't even share a lot with him about what goes on on the various forums. So for the Lord to speak that to his spirit, at this point in time, with everything that is going on, it just really quickened my spirit. Maybe there is a 2 fold message in it. Don't know. We'll just have to wait and see.

Awesome! Thank you for sharing this, Magdalene. I personally believe there is a lot of blessing in titheing. And the fact that "First Fruits" was heard in his spirit was the topper, especially since he isn't a watchman. Wow, that's exciting!!
