Come quickly Lord Jesus!
I think so, but lifespans probably would be extended quite a bit. I don't think death gets tossed in to the end as Christ has the final victory. But I'd like to hear what others think.
Nice to see you back.

Will people die during the Millennium when Christ is ruling on earth?
After the Judgment of separating the sheep from the goats, the saved go into the Millennial period (Mt.25) the unsaved (goats) go into the fire, which is judgment. There are two kinds of believers that will enter the Millennium. Those who have come back with Christ (1 Thess. 4:14b) who are made eternal, been transformed, and have glorified bodies. And those that are mortal that lived through the Great Tribulation and survived (sheep). Those mortals will become the non immortal race of man on earth which those who were made like Christ in the resurrection will co rule and reign over (Rev.20:6). Isaiah states, "There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed" (Isaiah 65:20). During this Millennial period a 100-year-old person will die as a child, if saved they will live to the extent of years (likened to Adams day), v.22 “ for as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people.”
Those born in Millennial period must receive Christ as Savior just as people in prior dispensations. By the end of the 1,000 years there will be millions of people born under Christ's Kingdom that will still refuse to accept Him as Savior. During this time period of Christs theocracy, Satan is bound in the bottomless pit. But the adamic nature is not eradicated in mortal mankind that is still being born. Those who are born to those who have entered the millennium can refuse and not be saved (even if their parents are saved). At the end of this time period Satan will be released from the bottomless pit (Revelation 20:7) and will lead All unbelievers in a rebellion against Jesus Christ, against the saints and the city of Jerusalem (Rev.20:6). The fire of God will come from Heaven and devour them (Revelation 20:8, 9). Then comes the white throne judgment -- the last judgment before the new Heavens and earth are made prepared for the heavenly Jerusalem to come down where death will be no more.

Those on earth will be seen as youngsters at one hundred years old. They will live to ripe old ages during Jesus' millinial reign. They must still receive Jesus. At first this won't be a problem as you can imagine after seeing what they just have. But as time goes on rebellion will rear up once again. Death does get defeated but I believe it's at the end of the millinium at the White Throne judgement for those who live on earth. The redeemed will live eternally and I believe travel back and forth from Heaven to Earth. This is where they will be Kings and Priests.
The final resurrection is where the final end result will happen at the White Throne Judgement. When all are raised to determine their eternal condition at that point. Those who will be sent to hell will be separated at that point from the the living. Life or death for eternity is then decided there.
The earliest born in the millinium might be the ones experiencing death for awhile but they also are the most likely to have accepted Christ at that time. Those living towards the end would have a chance to live on to make it but also would be more impacted by sin and those who fall away as time goes on.
Conditions will be much better ...as intended from the beginning before the fall adding to longer life spans. But Jesus must rule with an iron rod which indicates there will be some trouble makers along the way.
Just prior to the end satan will be let lose to once again lead in rebellion those he can control or reach. That sin nature hasn't yet been completely destroyed. Death will finally be conquered at that point at the White Throne judgement. My opinion as I understand it. Jesus has the final say, of course!
Then Paradise conditions will exist once again as originally inteneded.
ncs329, you've been missed. It's good to hear from you.
WOW...thank you for all the great answers!
And it really warms my heart to know that I was missed....thank you soooooooooooooooooo much :)
I know that when a saved person dies, he or she goes to be with the Lord.....but if the Lord is here ruling during his Millenial reign and a person dies then he or she comes back here???
Sorry for all the confusion but I have always wondered about that
That is interesting, sounds like life expectancy is increased by exactly 10 fold, so someone who looks 20 is really 200 years old!
I assume the Believer in spirit in the Millinium goes to Jesus to finish translating at the White Throne judgement when believers then get their new bodies for eternity.. I believe when a person dies then in the millinial age that if he/she has received Christ ,the same arrangement is in place. But I don't believe that is stated for sure in the Scriptures. So I'm presuming here.
If the person has never received Christ that person's spirit would be dead or in hell. At the end of that age at the White Throne judgement, all dead from all eras are raised together at the same time and the records examined to determine if the person goes to hell for eternal punishment or lives on in God's Kingdom for eternity. That will be an awful scene to witness.
So it would appear that one dieing then must wait to be judged at the White Throne judgement. Again, this is my opinion. I don't believe it is stated in the Scriptures. I believe it would continue as we know it to be ourselves now. If this process was to be changed it seems that it would have been mentioned. But we may need to wait until we cross over to find out for sure. I'm sure we will be educated as to what to expect in the millinium after our arrival. For now we speculate. Our education will be of prime importance in Heaven while the Trib plays out here on earth. As future Kings and Priests we still have much to learn. It's the life expectany that changes. We now that now for sure.
That could be Golden Knight. We don't know exactly about the ten fold but it has to be close...making 100, ten years old like a child now to compare with to estimate.. That makes sense.
20 But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. 22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him. 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For he “has put everything under his feet.”[c] Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all. 1 Corinthians 15:20-28
The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
All those who rebel against Christ will die by the time they reach 100. Those who are saved will live past their 100th birthday and continue to live through to the end of the MK.
This is evidenced by the question brought up here. If a saved person were to die during the MK, there's no place for them to go, since heaven's been brought down to earth.
It is among those 100 years and under at the end of the 1000 years that Satan will tempt and gather the army for his last stand against God.
