I'll give you a big AMEN Robert.   It is coming together very rapidly now.  I too feel something BIG is about to happen.  This next few days may give us a big jump in our understanding of Gods timing.  Will be WATCHING closely.

I know everyone is majorly excited about the rapture and the possibility of it being soon. I am too! But perhaps Israel being divided won't be the rapture window. That's God's own chosen time. Has anyone connected that perhaps the dividing of Israel will result in the dividing of the U.S.? I'm thinking when that happens, the new madrid fault line will be triggered and has an earthquake so big that it cuts the U.S. in two. I've read many prophecies and visions of people that have seen that very image. If that's the case, that must be the same earthquake that destroys Chicago and causes some type of tsunami from the great lakes to flood the city and all the mid-west according to Chuck Youngbrandt's vision. He says that a few days or weeks after the chicago quake, Russia invades. All I know is, if we let Israel be divided, this country is done for.

I am saden by so many lost souls, people I don't know, people I do but don't believe (or at least entirely). I am sad and heart-broken for my family members, and ones I am close to, to choose to not believe.

I look foward to being with Jesus but sad for the many that will die.

this is a time of joy and mourning.

Let's all pray for the souls that are lost so that, by the blessing of God, that all of us may be saved and not just us, individually.

I have a dream in a dream of the rapture that posted as reply to another post.

However in addition to that, few days before that, I had another dream, a really weird dream.

I was given a gift which has the price tag unthinkable amount! I didn't even think I could get that much kind of prize on earth, it's simply outstanding amount. I kept thinking about it but think that might be just a dream. But after those two rapture dreams, I began to think, is it possibly that indicates the reward of each one, a priceless gift ! I dunno about that, purely my speculation.

However I believed, the US will be ended the day it divides Israel and O knows about it and wants to end the US by doing that.

Don't know anymore what to say if it isn't, frankly I worry that 2011 is just another year that will be passed, look at this:

2000s people discussed about 6000 years creation, millenial turning points

2008 people discussed about one generation 60 years

2010-2011 people discussed about one generation 70 years minus 7 years

2012s people will discuss about one generation counted from 1969 with 50 years jubilee and minus 7 years tribulation.

2014s people will discuss either theory of 3.5 years trib under 2018 final year or 2021 importance of the year.

I know someday we will get it right because as Mike said literally we have predicted every day during the year 2010 or 2011 as possible days of the rapture. It is then just a matter which one will literally come true and of course the most important one is that we are included in that.

Gimel,  Remember, we are at year 5771.  229 from 6,000.  Just an observation that stands out in my mind.  World events can change so dramatically.  It is just so hard to predict.

I do not believe that Israel will be divided before the Tribulation.  It doesn't make sense in light of the Psalm 83 War that a covenant would be formed based in the current peace plan with the Palestinians that is to last half way into the Tribulation, if they are all but annihilated before the Tribulation even begins.  It will be the antichrist after his conquests who divides the land for gain (Daniel 11:36-39).  The following is from a summary I put together:

Ezekiel prophesied that the mountains of Israel would be taken from Israel's enemies and given back to Israel after their return from exile. These ancient heights are the Golan Heights and the mountains in the West Bank.

Ezekiel 36:1-5 "And you, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say, 'O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD! Thus says the Lord GOD: "Because the enemy has said of you, 'Aha! The ancient heights have become our possession,'"' therefore prophesy, and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Because they made you desolate and swallowed you up on every side, so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations, and you are taken up by the lips of talkers and slandered by the people"- therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD! Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, the valleys, the desolate wastes, and the cities that have been forsaken, which became plunder and mockery to the rest of the nations all around- therefore thus says the Lord GOD: "Surely I have spoken in My burning jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, who gave My land to themselves as a possession, with wholehearted joy and spiteful minds, in order to plunder its open country."'

Ezekiel 36:6-7 & 12 "Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, and the valleys, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and My fury, because you have borne the shame of the nations." Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: "I have raised My hand in an oath that surely the nations that are around you shall bear their own shame....My people Israel; they shall take possession of you, and you shall be their inheritance; no more shall you bereave them of children."

This prophecy was fulfilled when Israel took back the Golan Heights and the West Bank in the Six-Day-War in 1967.

Where are we at today on the prophetic timeline?

Today, the battle is over the land, particularly over the "ancient heights", as Gaza was all but handed over to the Palestinians in 2005. It is interesting to note from the last section that Ezekiel (chapter 36) prophesied that once Israel took possession of the "ancient heights" again, the mountains would be theirs permanently. This means there will not be a repeat of the "Gaza give-away" with the Golan Heights or the West Bank.

The current peace plan will fail. However, the global push for peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians will continue until the rapture of the Church, because God has made Jerusalem a heavy stone for all people (Zechariah 12:2-3).

Those that try to divide the land appear to be peacemakers. However, they are acting in opposition to the Will of God, so destruction will come on those that try:

1 Thessalonians 5:3 For when they say, "Peace and safety!", then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.

With the instant disappearance of millions of souls, the rapture will be a "sudden destruction" upon the inhabitants of the earth. Possible physical ramifications of that miraculous event could include such things as earthquakes or cosmic disturbances. The "sudden destruction" will come at a time when the world is saying "peace and safety". World leaders have been amazingly quoting this prophetic passage in their recent push for peace talks.

However, we are witnessing a preview of the "sudden destruction" on a smaller scale today, as countries continue to push Israel to divide their land. The current "peace plan" is against Israel's best interests and against God's Will regarding His promises in Ezekiel about the "ancient heights". Bill Koenig and John McTernan have been documenting for decades the punishments that have come against nations within a day or two of an offence against Israel's best interests. In other words, the "curse for curse" clause against Abraham and his descendants never expired:

Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you...

In many cases these "curses" have slowed down the "peace process". It is not just about punishment here, it is about God's Will and plan. Don't mistake the "curse for curse" clause with God's "Judgment". When God judges a nation, their sovereignty is lost. This is not the case with God cursing a nation as punishment for touching the "apple of His eye" and doing what is necessary to carry out His Will and plan.

Psalm 17:8-9 Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings from the wicked who are out to destroy me, from my mortal enemies who surround me.

It is possible that the "sudden destruction" of the rapture could come at a time when the current "peace plan" seems inevitable to come to pass. Currently, the United Nations is trying to set a deadline for September to get Israel and the Palestinians back into negotiations. If that date passes they have threatened to recognize a Palestinian state and force Israel to give up the land.

Israel will not lose the West Bank, so God will intervene. The rapture of the Church would certainly fit the bill with "sudden destruction" when the world is saying "peace and safety". However, any number of things could push that date off or cancel it completely. In fact, this week (late April 2011) there is talk of annexing the the settlements in the West Bank to try to stop the United Nations from forcing a Palestinian state. (Click here to read article).

After the "sudden destruction" and removal of the Holy Spirit via the rapture of the Church, evil will become unrestrained (2 Thessalonians 2:7). Israel's number one ally, the U.S., and any lesser allies, will likely be crippled in the aftermath of the "sudden destruction" of the rapture. Israel's Muslim neighbors could take this as being a sign from their god, Allah, and seize the opportunity to attack Israel.

I really have no idea as to the actual timing of the Rapture. I do hope it happens this spring. There are so many signs but no actual date of the Rapture - truly no man knows the day or the hour... when it happens it happens. When the Israel-Lebanon war ignited, I thought that was it.

Feelings are just feelings. But I do feel that the Age of Grace is about to close. Let us pray that this is it. Oh how I yearn to be with our Lord...

Sorry AmyVG hon, you still got 2Thess. 2:7 wrong.

No, she didn't get it wrong.  Thessalonians clearly states the Restrainer will be taken out of the way.  This is one of the KEY verses for the pre-Trib Rapture, since the Restrainer is the Holy Spirit that indwells all of us. Once He's taken out of the way with our Rapture, then evil will be allowed to have free reign.

Yahshua was death on the cross to save us from hell.

Is this act alone is just metaphorical point in eternity context? No! I alone believe that this is a bright light in eternity context that enlighten the whole eternity context, past and future because our God is Aleph and Tav, the beginning and the end.

The work of Christ on the cross in my standpoint will not deceased just because of the rapture of the church, instead, it will continue forever. It is not be the event that will have the end effect but the environment surrounding it that will change dramatically due to this bright light in eternity.

My proposition can be simplified much due to a simple matter in this physical world as this:

You are in the large room. Your eyes can see because there is light. Now as long as there is darkness, light always function to enable your eyes to see. If sometime there is not any darkness left, light still has its function to enable your eyes to see, but you cannot feel the difference anymore between dark and light because there is not any more darkness left in the room.

Likewise with the salvation work by Christ on the cross. It will function forever, there is no end to it, but the environment will change so that while the salvation work is still there, the environment, the case of human natural state has been altered a lot by this salvation such that not any darkness spot be left in the room anymore.

Salvation and heart change always be accompanied by the presence of Holy Spirit because of this Holy Spirit dwelling in us that we are going into a new creation in Yahshua, altering our old physical state to the new bright brilliant creation in Yahshua, our Wonderful Savior.

Like Yahshua and the Father are one, so is the Holy Spirit. The salvation in Yahshua always work through these three, The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. The influence are incredible and unimaginable but so powerful. The environment could change from one state to another state but be sure it will always be subdued by the power of salvation alone in Yahshua's crucifixion on the cross. From Genesis to the Revelation, the revealement of Christ's work on the cross is apparent which indicates the work of God is obviously forever, swallowing the whole eternity from the beginning to the end, from Aleph to the Tav.
