Dear Friends in Christ,
Someone pointed out that the book of Isaiah has 66 chapters, just as there are 66 books in the Bible, and that there is a correspondence between the Isaiah chapters and the books in the Bible.
Looking at the Bible we see that the great rapture books are 1 Thessalonians, chapter 4, and 1 Corinthians, chapter 15. The book of Thessalonians is the 52nd book in the Bible.
I read again the 52nd verse in Isaiah to see if there was a correspondence. I think there is.
"The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of God." Isaiah 52:10
"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." 1 Thess. 4:16-17
Any thoughts about this or other chapters in Isaiah? Searching the book of Isaiah looking for correspondences can be fun, and strengthen to knowledge of God's Word inside our spirit.
With love,
Robert
